I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.
