I am extremely happy that I chose Dr Derek Ho to perform my cataract surgery. He took his time to explain to me over the phone the different options and to make a recommendation when I asked him to. In the end I went with his suggestion of having a toric EMV lens in both eyes done at the same time. On the day of surgery he was very calm, polite and caring. His surgical skills are second to none. I felt reassured that I was in very experienced and capable hands. I could not believe that the treatment was completely pain free and smooth and easy. I could see very clearly after the operation straight away. Two days after the procedure I am totally amazed by how well I can see. I can now see better than I have ever been able to with glasses when I was younger. A truly transformative operation. I am so grateful to Dr Ho for what he has done for me. He is a great surgeon. I had a very positive experience with Mr Langdon. During the initial consultation he explained my MRI to me thoroughly and even recorded a voice over which he sent to me. His manner was most appropriate, I felt validated and understood at all times, which really gave me confidence in his advice. I had a nerve root block, followed by surgery some months later. Mr Langdon visited me at least 3 times whilst I was an inpatient, which supported the overall feeling of genuine care. I'm now 4 weeks post-op and am very pleased with the results of surgery and aftercare. His PA Clare is also an excellent communicator and nothing is too much trouble.

Professor Westcott's assistance and guidance to me over the last 7 years in monitoring and treating my glaucoma, can only be described as invaluable. He has done a great deal to explain matters to me in layperson's terms so that I understood exactly why the treatment was as it was. He has also sought second opinions from other specialists within the field on whether I ought to have an operation, and his willingness to seek out a second opinion unprompted also provided me with much welcome reassurance that my medical pathway is the correct one. Mr Leonidas Vachtsevanos

Having had a full left knee replacement, I couldn't speak more highly of Mr Leo. It's a big operation, and it requires a surgeon who is extremely competent in what he does. His homework beforehand, which he did very thoroughly in sizing the new knee, and his aftercare was 100%. Together with that, he explained everything that was going to happen, did happen, and he has a very reassuring and empathetic manner, which is also very important. Couldn't recommend him more!

Dr Bakshi - THANK YOU!!! I read the other reviews and wondered if the clinic's reputation was too good to be true. I have been on NHS waiting lists for years and they have misdiagnosed me and fobbed me off with cheap options. Dr Bakshi said he immediately knew the problem and showed me a video, leaflets and even research papers explaining my problem. Thank you very much - 6 stars if possible!

Some feedback was the lack of information about parking. I also tried to follow the directions link and it failed on an apple device. A quick Google took me to the door fine. The appointment start time was late and my parking meter was at its end. Luckily no warden about. So some info on parking and timings to expect would be helpful. Thanks for reading.

Visit was generally satisfactory. However, after arrival I was ignored for almost an hour, well past my appointment time. The front desk noted my arrival and then seemed to forget about me. This was unnerving at a time when I was already anxious and an unnecessary delay for those accompanying. There was no apology when the error pointed out.

Two months ago, the doctor performed an open inguinal hernia repair on me. Today, the doctor checked that everything was alright.
