As a physicist, I interact with people who are very capable, and I could tell immediately from the way in which Mr Veysi was able to quickly diagnose my issue that he is very intelligent and perceptive. He is also a good and sensitive person who clearly cares about the well being of his patients and obtaining the best possible outcome for them. He is reassuring and calming, possesses a gentle humour, and provides precisely the correct advice when one is a bit uncertain about how quickly to make various movements following surgery. I experienced no pain following surgery and during recovery, and the hip on which Mr Veysi operated now functions as well as it did when I was in my prime, which is a testament to his surgical skill. Inspection of the post-operation X-rays and X-rays taken a year later confirms what excellent work he did.

Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. This was my second surgery performed by Prof. Cobb, the first at King Edward VII's hospital He is an outstanding consultant giving precise information on uni-compartmental knee replacement and proceeding with the procedure in a most professional manner. I would highly recommend Prof. Cobb for partial knee replacement when the knee damage is limited to just one area of the knee for which he is an expert. My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well.

Thyroid blood test. Never been before. Autistic so some challeges : a sign on door to push would have helped, it was intimidating, couldn’t get in straight away. An area with reduced lighting to wait would have reduced my overwhelm, was very close to waiting outside. Became very overwhelmed trying to explain which test I had booked, knew there was a fault on the website. Although the situation was rectified satisfactorily, it was still an overwhelming, triggering experience.

Transfered to Clarytin after disappointing time with NHS awaiting time for appointment for cataract removal. Very pleased with Clarity who saw me very shortly after referral and operated on a week later. I was going to wait for the next operation on the NHS on the 4th February but when that was moved to sometime in April, I took the next available appt on January 20th for a private operation. Both private experiences have been a pleasure and very good.
