Dr Darr's bedside manner was outstanding - he took the time to reassure us, answer all our questions, and explain the procedure in a way our teenager could understand. We particularly appreciated him coming out to update us after surgery and the thorough post-op appointment where he went through everything in detail. After trying unsuccessfully to ignore my nagging knee pain I. Was getting out of the chair when it clicked and remained very painful thereafter. I decided to get a professional opinion and selected Mr James Singleton (James) as he specialised in knees and had extensive experience. Following a scan the issue and damage was clearly explained to me and options offered which James told me to take time to think about. I opted for a relatively new treatment called Arthrosamid which involved a painless injection under a local anaesthetic into the knee and 3 months later have gone from not being able to walk very far to 10,000 steps a day and am looking forward to further improvement in the coming months. I would highly recommend James and if I need the other knee done will certainly be contacting him. Thank you.

Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

I booked Dr Lam for a planned c-section after having one prior c-section. I ended up going into labor about a week prior to the scheduled section, and Dr Lam was very reassuring and kind and was able to deliver my baby safely via c-section that same day. After reviewing many consultants I had chosen Dr Lam due to her patient reviews and I am very happy that I did. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her office with any questions or concerns prior to my child’s birth as well as after. This c-section recovery was also much easier than my first and I haven’t had any complications. Thank you for delivering my baby Dr Lam!

It was a little overwhelming as I was expecting to discuss fitting a coil and whilst that was mentioned, I was advised about having surgery which was unexpected. I found myself agreeing to the surgery despite not knowing much about it. The risks were not explained and I didnt find out how the procedure would be executed or potential recovery time that might be required. I feel a bit confused about whether this is the right course of action or not. I was not pleased to receive a letter that claimed the risks were explained to me, when they were not.

Overall the experience was very good. There was some confusion in trying to ensure all my records had been received by the Clinic in advance of the consultation. This required a number of back and forth emails between myself, my Cardiologist in Wales and Papdakis's secretary. Cardiologist insisted everything had been sent, Secretary said it had not all been received. But we got there in the end.

I found the whole experience excellent and Dr Butcher was incredilbly helpful and explained everything incredibly well and I left feeling much happier about my possible situation. He put my mind at ease. The nurse who did my ECG was very nice and helpful as well as was the lady who sorted out parking so all in all it was a very good experience.

Dr McKean took the time to explain what he was going to do today, and talked me through each step. After the injection he then gave me time to ask all sorts of questions I had around the issue I have with my hip and how to heal it, along with he possible next steps. He also gave me advice about how much/little exercise to take in the next week.

Janette, my nurse couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring, the food I had was very good and fresh, and then to have a little sprinkling of reflexology on the 'menu' was icing on the cake! All in all a great experience.

Have been coming here since Sept 2025 for a cataract op, unfortunately unsuccessful. Have been treated for over a year including paying £2K for a steroid injection in my right eye. The CMO has not gone and I still suffer from distorted vision which is adversely affecting my vision and enjoyment in watching sport and playing golf.
