I went to see Mamta for ongoing support with an arthritic knee. Mamta manipulated my leg and provided hands on treatment. Following the appointment I experienced relief and a feeling that the muscles were less tight.
Find Mamta friendly and knowledgeable and gave been useful guidance that I could use to assist me. i.e. types of footwear that would help my foot. Also gave me guidance of what to do going forward for ongoing care.
My recent visit to see Mamta in Stafford was professional and helpful. As always she was personable & knowledgeable & knew the answers to the questions I raised ( several ! )
Manta is very personable and sorted out my restricted movement in my neck and back within a few sessions. She was always attentive and explained everything to me through the sessions. I now wish that I had not put off coming to a physio for so long.
