Mr Robertson, from the start, was very professional, courteous and empathetic. He was clear in his description of what was to take place and concise in cautioning the possible problems that might arise. His ‘bedside manner’ (to use that awful phrase) was up amongst the best I have encountered, having now had a number of surgical procedures. It was (almost!) a pleasure to have had him operate on me. If I was to sum up my experience I would say that Mr Robertson not only cared for me but also cared about me and I thank him again for that.
