I opted for EDOF toric lenses, which have made a remarkable difference to my vision—providing excellent clarity and reducing my dependence on glasses. Recovery was smooth and well-managed, with minimal discomfort. The team provided clear instructions and regular follow-ups, and within a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my vision. Having a private consultation with a Black female gynecologist provided a level of reassurance I haven’t found elsewhere; I knew my concerns wouldn't be brushed aside, which has unfortunately been my experience in the past with other doctors. Dr. Natalie took the time to go through my MRI results in detail, even sharing her screen to walk my husband and me through the images—something no doctor had ever done for us before. Her dedication is unmatched; she has been incredibly responsive to all my follow-up questions, even taking the time to reply on Christmas Day! I am so grateful for her expertise and genuine care.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

Good Benenden experience bar not getting hernia repaired. wonder if I’m just a nervous patient & wait plus patient in theatre emergency put me in fight or flight AR normal to 209. Ambulance to W Harvey, monitored and drugs corrected pulse , home 11.30pm. Been back to W Harvey for check up found me ok. Hospital asking my dr surgery to fit a 24 hr monitor. I now wear an Apple Watch and haven’t had an abnormal pulse since op day.

On my final consultation he patiently answered all of my questions and queries. The actual operation on my foot has been a great success and I cannot believe how he has transformed my wonky foot and removed my bunion so cleanly, it now looks perfect!

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

My consultant and treatment was excellent although getting output through to the correct department was time consuming. Also the support nurses struggled to take blood and was only successful on the fourth nurse’s attempt after a wait of over three hours. excellent experience, my second! prof Griffin is amazing. but all the staff were fantastic. i would like to particularly mention, the 2 staff nurses who looked after me. One was spanish and i think the other was a bank nurse from Romania . both were reallly excellent as a retired nurse myself I recognise skill and expertise.
