Ben has honestly been the best doctor I've ever had. He consistently went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, assured and well informed each visit and in between visits. I came to Ben having struggled to get pregnant for 6 months. I was nervous and am a chronic overthinker with a thousand questions. From the first appointment, he puts me at ease with his warm demeanor, answering all questions with patience and thoroughly explaining answers with a mix of scientific literature and personal experience to ground his rational. He listens attentively and makes a stressful circumstance feel less intense by helping you build realistic plans that inspire hope. Ben leaves no stone unturned, doing a very thorough assessment of all possible causes of infertility but does so in a cost effective way to advise a cost effective approach. He impressed me when he caught an issue that was affecting my husband's and my fertility when he recommended a DNA fragmentation test of my husband's sperm. This wasn't caught by my husband's eurologist, but in the end it turned out to be the main issue. Ben recommended a treatment plan and we were able to proceed from there. Besides Ben's, expertise, his patient care is impeccable. He follows up appointments with a patient consultation letter within the same day and absolutely blew my mind when he offered his WhatsApp number inviting me to bring any questions I had to him between appointments. He meant it too as I did follow up a number of times and he responded usually within a day or two, which was helpful when I wasn't quite sure about the timings of a medication I had to start and needed a quick answer. Ben further impressed me by welcoming my husband to join a WhatsApp group I set up between us so that he could ask Ben some of his own fertility questions and hear the answers to mine which was very convenient. He even helped us when my husband has questions about a post fertility surgery symptom he had which was helpful between appointments with my husband's doctor. It all ended very well when I was just about to undergo a treatment when miraculously I became naturally pregnant. I showed Ben my results to get his and he was the first to congratulate me and we booked a blood test which confirmed it. A 7 week scan followed and we were overjoyed to see the baby was safe and doing well. This meant that I had to be discharged from Ben's care as his job was done. I was genuinely sad to have to find another doctor as I can't imagine finding a better experience. Huge thanks to you Ben for your great care. All the best!

had a right knee replacement with Mr. Sam Rajaratnam just over two weeks ago on 3rd November 2025, and what I had feared would be a difficult and painful operation turned out to be completely painless. Sam is extremely kind, patient and reassuring — perfect for someone as nervous as I was. I had delayed doing this surgery for a year and a half and even cancelled the operation twice before finally going through with it! Mr. Rajaratnam has built an outstanding team, including an exceptionally experienced anaesthetist, Dr. Barry Philips; a kind and highly competent nurse consultant, Ms. Christine Howis; and an excellent senior physiotherapist, Felicitas Gatti, who visits me at home to guide my post-operative exercises. I was also extremely impressed by all the medical staff at the Cleveland Clinic hospital, who provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Whilst at the Cleveland, Sam visited me daily, and even came in today after my staples were removed to check on my progress. Mr. Rajaratnam’s expertise is evident—he has performed over 7,000 knee replacements—and the level of care and support I received was extraordinary. I was expecting a significant increase in pain once the stronger medication stopped a week after surgery, but to my surprise, I remained completely pain-free. I am extremely grateful to Sam and his wonderful team. I’ll be back for my other knee as soon as I’m up and running again!

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. I’ll make an exception for Mr Scala and his team by giving a second review. I’ve had various challenges with my eyes over most of my life (at least partly as a result of being very short sighted) and issues related to my eyes scare me silly. Against this backdrop, I cannot recommend Mr Scala and his team more highly - I could go on with various experiences etc, but think it sufficient to simply say I would not go to anyone else by choice … I don’t think there’s anyone better.

The staff were so kind and helped me to relax when I went for egg collection. The Embryo transfer was a beautiful moment and they ensured it was marked with a photo of the embryo being transferred and a hand written card. Unfortunately, our first transfer was unsuccessful but I know we are in safe hands for our next steps. The admin team in particular have been amazing - responsive, sensitive and friendly. Staff were really lovely. Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!
