Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

Mr Patel obviously has vast experience in his field. He was very reassuring and patient with listening and answering any concerns I had. I needed to be seen as quickly as possible due to commitments abroad and he did everything he could to help and expedite things for me. My surgery was quick and didn't leave me with any pain. Mr Rahul Lunawat

Mr Lunawat was very good and made me feel at ease during my visit. I was happy with the results of the surgery and he clearly outlined expectations. I had a few questions about aftercare that I wanted to ask him but I didn’t have time to do so as I only saw him briefly in the hours leading up the procedure and it was a very rushed visit. Mr Lunawat did not visit me after the procedure. I would recommend Mr Lunawat to others - very good service and it is clear that he cares about his patients.

The check up today went really well and I was given reassurance and advice toward looking after my eyes by the thourough Cathedral Eye knowledgeable and experienced staff. The different tests and mannerly handovers following scans etc. from start to finish of appointment are seamless. And the appointment starts so well being welcomed in at the front desk, through too being checked out so that nothing is forgotten from eye drops to appointment times leaving nothing to chance.

The hospital itself was great and senior nursing staff on the day were informative and professional. My anaesthetist was phenomenal as was my amazing surgeon. However I had a bad experience with one of the health care assistants who wouldn’t let me use the bathroom and led to a bit of a weird experience. Plus when I got my stitches out two weeks later the nurse couldn’t see the stitches and she gave the tweezer to my fiancé who actually ended up getting the final ones out.

I've had 2 appointments with Miss Krishnan. On both occasions she was very thorough, explained what she was doing and why, and then explained her findings. She is very personable and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was very happy with both appointments. My initial appointment was following sudden floaters with the 2nd appointment for follow up. I'm not sure which category that comes under on the next page, so have clicked one so I can complete the feedback.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

My experience at Knightsbridge was truly exceptional. I arrived early but the team was delighted to let me wait comfortably in the warm. When I was ready to be seen, I was greeted by Dr Michael Smith. His friendly and welcoming nature instantly put me at ease, even though I was already feeling anxious. Very inexperienced physio. Took significant time to understand the problem. Asked all questions (clearly from script/list of qs), even when already discussed and known as irrelevant, or already covered the answer. Exercises provided in technical terms only, hard for lay person to remember and understand. Zero follow up even though it was promised.

I had a zoom meeting, so can't really comment on cleanliness or the physical practice. The assessor was amazing, really friendly and took things at my pace. I love the format, ending on a positive after almost 2 hours talking about all the ways I felt like I'm failing at life really made a difference to my outlook the rest of the day.
