I required surgery to remove a cyst. I am always somewhat intimidated by private healthcare services, never knowing what to expect. I met Dr Sabatini and straight away I felt at ease. He was very thorough in explaining the process, the steps and answering any questions I had. But most importantly, he was friendly and warm, which I found endearing. Surgery is such a scary situation that having a matter-of-fact doctor would make the whole process even scarier. However, Dr Sabatini put me at so much ease, I had no worries or stresses after meeting with him. I would also like to point out that having had many uncomfortable internal scans before, the best and most gentle and comfortable scan I have ever had was the one carried out by Dr Sabatini during my initial consulation. On the day of the surgery, he was very professional and caring. I felt completely looked after and I felt happy that I was in safe hands. The surgery itself was difficult and complicated but of course, Dr Sabatini completed it successfully. He was very sensitive and empathetic after the surgery and made sure to visit me at intervals to check that I was alright. He answered all my questions and was friendly and accommodating to my family. He was just as professional and caring at the follow-up consulation. I made a full recovery, and could not have asked for a better experience. If I were to require surgery like this again, I would not hesitate to ask Dr Sabatini. He is golden. I attended the hospital to have planned eye surgery consisting of cataract removal, lens replacement and full thickness corneal replacement under general anaesthetic. I arrived early and was allocated to a private ensuite room with secure storage. Nurses confirmed all the necessary checks that had been conducted the previois day in pre-assessment. A nurse applied gel to my hand to numb it ready for a cannula and provided surgical stockings. The anaesthetist visited to re-confirm details and provide reassurance. The surgeon visited to review procedure and risks. The nurse accompanied me to the anaesthesia room and looked after my clothes. After fitting the cannula painlessly, after the anaesthetic I knew nothing until awakening in recovery, with a pad over the affected eye. I was taken back to my room feeling fit and well. Nurses checked on me and provided the refreshments I had ordered. The surgeon visited again to confirm the follow up appointment. Medications were made ready, with post operative guidance. My chaperone arrived to take me home. The whole thing was completed on schedule.

Every time I come for an outpatient appt, the specialist is an hour behind time.. the secretary/receptionist should have called ahead of time to expect delays but they don’t!! They leave it till the time of the appt to mention the hefty delay!! Last time I had to leave as I could not wait out an hr delay! So complete waste of my time & money grrr! Something that could easily be rectified with better communication from the clinic!! Including the fact when I had an outpatient procedure, I had a 2.45hrs delay as there was a delay due to an emergency in the morning.. again no contact from the clinic informing me of this delay.. had I been informed earlier before arriving at my appt which was scheduled at 1pm, I didn’t not have the procedure till 3.45!! Had there been communication from your clinic informing me of the delay I would have left home later and not have left the dogs alone for 8hrs due to the clinics inability to keep patients informed of delays!! Grrr! Every single time due to lack of communication I’m left frustrated and angry!

A good post surgery follow up appointment with Miss Spanu. Explained the sebaceous cyst that was excised in surgery was benign, which gives peace of mind was not hiding something potentially more serious. On inspecting the wound area confirmed it had been healing well and gave advice regarding being able to stretch normally and return to exercising again. It was unfortunate Miss Spanu also noticed some prolene stiches had not been removed fully by a Nurse from a previous appointment 2 weeks prior. Miss Spanu removed them and ensured the wound area was cleaned and dressed properly. The surgery itself 4 weeks prior was quick and efficient. Under local anaesthetic there was a good level of communication throughout and explanation on what was happening. There was no discomfort throughout or following the surgery. It has been very good experience from first to last appointment with Miss Spanu.

Mr Cooke, from our very first meeting was totally professional, reassuring and personable. My family and I were very troubled by my diagnosis but after my first meeting I felt comforted by Mr Cooke. He offered no promises but I knew I was going to get the best possible outcome by putting my trust and faith in the options given for my treatment. I am now four months post op and I had a brilliant first ultra sensitive PSA test result. I know there are many more PSA tests ahead which I’m not looking forward to but I have been given a fantastic outlook and best treatment to get through this. Throughout my treatment Mr Cooke has been so accommodating to my family and the many questions we have had, we have never felt rushed or been made to feel an inconvenience throughout. Mr Cooke deserves the wonderful reputation he has from his team and profession. We cannot thank him enough

I was overwhelmed by surprise that Dr Kelly was able to clear up my ear infections , which I had in both ears for 22monthsin one visit!. Considering I had nine previous visits with another consultant at Kingsbridge hospital outpatients without success after the 9visits the consultant referred me to Dr Andrew Kelly.After 22months I was in the depth of despair as my hearing was deeply affected by the infections and my audiologist struggled to try and improve my hearing by adjusting the aid , my left ear by the way I gave up wearing at the start of my infections as I have a 90% hearing loss in that ear, so I completely dependent on the hearing aid in the right ear. I am completely indebted to Dr Kelly for helping me get over these infections , which blighted my life.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

I came for a complete tight hip replacement. Staff were all friendly and answered all my questions. Was taken t my room, unpacked got dressed as required. Put on my dressing gown and then read my book. Was taken into pre prep surgery, chatted to the anesthetist and other nurses. Was then moved into the surgery. Operation went well, I was kept up to date during the procedure. I was listening to music throughout. No pain at all, at the end met the surgeons and chatted with them. Went to the recoveryward for about and hour, chatted with the nurses and relaxed. Then taken back to my room and relaxed.

This was my first experience of private health care. All staff are welcoming the clinic is very clean. It was self service to Refreshments but that's not to clear. I think it would've been nicer to be offered a beverage when you check in. I found myself being forced into this option as the nhs weren't listening. I met with Dr. Howie (GP) I found it such a relief just to be heard. It has only taken 1 visit and 1 review appointment to help with my menopause issues. i have been suffering for many years and it has ovly taken 3 months to solve going private. Thank you!!

Dr Nagpal truly goes above and beyond. He did a thorough check of my medical history and sourced the tablets I needed for my extraction due to my risk of bleeding from a genetic condition. My GP did not help me regarding getting these but Dr Nagpal ordered them in just for me. As a teacher it is difficult getting time off and it was a pleasure having everything tailored to me and made as convenient as possible. I appreciate how precious Dr Nagpal’s time is as a specialist but he was still so accommodating.

I have been coming for a few years now and have always been happy. However yesterday you had a receptionist that I have not met before who I found to be very abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She told me that I could not book a 4pm appointment as you don't do this. However I have always had a 4pm appointment. She said that she would book me for 4pm, but said that the clinic may be closed and I may not be seen. I usually deal with a very lovely lady called Michaela and this has never been an issue.
