Finally, answers at 50 After five decades of feeling "different" but never quite understanding why, the ADOS-2 assessment at London Trusted Therapy has been life-changing. The professionalism began from my first enquiry - Sofi and Andrew were incredibly accommodating with scheduling and answered all my questions without making me feel I was being difficult. The location at Pinero House is perfect for anyone who values discretion. The reception is small and well-managed, and you're not sat in a crowded waiting room, which I appreciated enormously. The consulting room itself was unexpectedly comfortable - large, well-appointed, and crucially, not intimidating or overly clinical. What impressed me most was the rigour of the assessment. Trish, who conducted the ADOS-2, clearly knew her field inside out and created an environment where I could be myself. The clinical psychologist's evaluation was extraordinarily thorough - they didn't rush, they listened, and the subsequent report gave me clarity I've sought my entire adult life. Having a multidisciplinary team means you're not relying on one person's opinion, which gave me confidence in the diagnosis. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Both myself and my daughter have been patients of Dr Bakshi for over a year and he has helped us hugely. Recently my 18 month old was suffering from back to back viruses and worsening rashes. I contacted Dr Bakshi in desperation just before Christmas as the treatment advice from the GP was not working, and it was looking like we would be unable to travel and see family while she was so unwell. Dr Bakshi identified 2 types of skin infection and was able to advise the correct regimen of creams to use, and we were able to see our family at Christmas. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy, and for always going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Bakshi for both adults and children; he is one of the kindest and most helpful and knowledgeable consultants I have come across, and his secretary Rahul is also lovely and very responsive and helpful.

When I first started looking for an endometriosis specialist and came across Mr Raza and all the positive reviews, I wondered: ‘can he really be that great?!’. The answer: yes he was. I had stage 4 DIE and a frozen pelvis. Mr Raza not only had the technical skill and expertise to deal with a complex case (with minimally invasive and cutting edge surgery) but also showed so much care and compassion, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance going into my surgery. Greeted by friendly staff and seen at my appointment time. Following a basic health check, the procedure was explained in detail and I was taken to a treatment room for the Gastroscopy to begin. Throat spray was applied, blood pressure and oxygen levels were monitored throughout the procedure, then the camera was inserted via the mouth into the oesopagus and stomach. The process was painless but a little discomfort was felt and took no longer that 10 minutes in total. I was then taken to a recovery room and discussed the treatment findings.

His diagnosis of a basal cell carcinoma on the rim of my right ear was clear and straightforward. I opted for him to remove the lesion at McIndoe Centre and the procedure was carried out by him without causing me any pain. He has since advised that the histology showed that the operation was successful.

My experience during my visit for day surgery was very good overall. The nurses and physiotherapist were young but capable. The anaesthetists were very helpful both before and after my operation. The surgeon was brisk and efficient. I was perhaps a little surprised that he didn't come to see me after the operation. The quality of the snack I was offered after the operation was poor: crisps and a sandwich with stodgy bread. Hardly nutritious recovery food!

The doctor and nurses here are very kind and really helped me during a nerve wracking procedure that I was highly anxious for. I do think given how much we pay for these appointments, that the facilities could really use a revamp. It fees tired and dated in the common areas and the toilets were not very clean. On top of that, you can never find a parking spot, which adds extra anxiety to pre appointments.
