I've been under Mr Jenkins' care for almost two years now. Based on my own experience, and my recovery from pretty serious, life-changing surgery, he's an excellent, skilled surgeon. Before I got anywhere near an operating theatre, I was reassured by his thoroughness, his clear and sensitive communication, and his patience with my questions and concerns. In his follow up to my surgery, he has been both optimistic and cautious at the right times, and ensured that no stone has been left unturned to ensure good outcomes. Lastly, he's surrounded himself with good people, from his practice to the theatre. You can be confident that if he is working with someone, or recommending a referral, then you'll be in equally good hands.

I loved all the staff that took care of me. I was very well looked after. My only small complaint was the lady that brought the food around kept leaving my door open and blocked half the TV and at one point my partner was helping me on the toilet with the bathroom door open and she walked in to ask if we wanted a cup of tea then left my room door open so anyone in the hall way could see me on the toilet, he was holding me up so couldn't go and close the door right away which made me feel a little bit conscious. Other than that the care staff were amazing surgeon and anaesthetist were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

I had a really positive experience at this clinic while receiving support for endometriosis and adenomyosis. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and compassionate. The staff that dealt with me on the day were amazing. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. There was a slight issue with the connection for the headphones but they quickly resolved it and made me feel comfortable again. The lady who showed me to the room is made for that job :) unfortunately after I did have to chase a few times for my results imagining were trying to be helpful however a receptionist I was put through to was very rude, undermining and probably one of the worse receptionist I’ve come across in a long while.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients
