All great staff excellent My only problem with is getting through on. The phone waiting now a week for a call back My husband is also waiting a week on a call back terrible

I find Kingsbridge Hospital very professional. All staff well trained and courteous. The hospital is spotless.

Fast and efficient

A first class experience. Welcomed by a very friendly receptionist and the rest of the staff were lovely, informative and pleasant. Very clean and welcoming environment.

Great to get postcode (BT9 6GW) of address by text but no street number and my navigation system did not recognise the postcode. I had to use Kings Hall signs to get there in the end. Not everyone knows Belfast. No toilet off waiting area is very strange. All waiting areas should have a toilet as your clientele have all travelled. Me from Omagh. I had to ask to use a loo before my scan and I felt it had been a bother. Bad planning. Otherwise a nice car park with beautiful planting but building soulless with those confusing signs telling you the entrance is here! I think there were three businesses operating there.
