"I refer to my recent gallbladder removal operation… By way of background information I was extremely anxious prior to the surgery because I had waited in excess of one year for same. My gallbladder as Dr Beattie noted was ‘diseased' and it's removal was necessary. Dr Beattie was able to expertly ease my concerns due to his emphatic and understanding nature.
