What an amazing man! Dr Arujuna explained things in simple terms to myself and my husband and was extremely professional. I was made to feel relaxed and in control, plenty of time and opportunity was given to ask questions and these were answered concisely and followed with disgrams etc for clarification. He put thought into everything including his choice of anaesthetist who was equally lovely and caring and I am so grateful I was referred to this wonderful man to fix my heart. Thank you so much I shall be forever in your debt. The aftercare given by himself and his team, both in the spire Hospital in Manchester, through to a personal home telephone call post op is nothing short of exceptional. You truly are an amazing man and I am grateful our paths crossed when they did.

The best doctor I have ever had, it took awhile for doctors to understand what was wrong with me but he knew within one consultation with me. I have never had surgery in my life and he explained the procedure so well and made me feel so at ease about it that I was actually excited to have the surgery done. Lovely man and makes sure you are well looked after and everything is in place to make you better quickly. Wish he could be my full time doctor!!

Dr. Arujuna has been an excellent colleague in both the NHS and private sector. He was crucial to the expansion and development of the local NHS Electrophysiology and ablation service and is doing the same now in the private sector. He is a very able, approachable and patient-centred Cardiologist whose drive to improve patients' quality of life through his ablation and pacing procedures is commendable.
