Pleasant and helpful staff

On admission I found everyone to be welcoming and friendly.

Pleased with all aspects of care .All the staff very attentive. Pre op care could perhaps have had more joined up thinking. Saw anaesthetist for an appointment but then three days later called back for cross matching of blood.Two and a half hour round trip not much fun.A small grumble but still excellent care with no complaints

Excellent staff in all areas. Whist having my opp, physio and all pre and post opp. Mr. Patel has been particularly helpful explained everything in great detail for my next hip opp. Makes me feel confident in his and the hospitals abilities.
