Mr Mutema was wonderful, putting me a ease, and explaining every part of the procedure

Cannot fault my visit, all explained carefully, Mr Mutema took his time and never made me feel rushed. He answered all my questions and appreciated that I had had poor (NHS) experiences in the past. I felt listened to and valued - highly recommend.

I found Dr. Mutema to be a kind, patient and compassionate person. He was open and honest and listened to what I had to say. . Nothing was too much trouble, his bedside manner superb.

I left my appointment very happy. I felt listened to, and felt every detail from reasons of my symptoms, to procedure risks were explained to me in full detail making me feel very comfortable in asking questions. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

My visit can only be described as excellent from start to finish. I was seen at the allocated time and was treated with absolute respect throughout. I was given time to explain the issue and how it was affecting me. I was astounded when I was given the option of a solution at the appointment. I agreed to this thinking this is going to hurt but hopefully it will be worth it. I honestly did not feel any pain or discomfort and from that time I have felt back to my usual healthy, happy self.
