From the moment you walk in your greeted so very warmly.Mr Mutema is a very kind and understanding consultant. Very knowledgeable he is an all round good man..Thank you for all your help and kindness on very personal issues .And thank you to all your kind reception staff and not forgetting the wonderful hard working HCA what can I say your all amazing 😀

I left my appointment very happy. I felt listened to, and felt every detail from reasons of my symptoms, to procedure risks were explained to me in full detail making me feel very comfortable in asking questions. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

My visit can only be described as excellent from start to finish. I was seen at the allocated time and was treated with absolute respect throughout. I was given time to explain the issue and how it was affecting me. I was astounded when I was given the option of a solution at the appointment. I agreed to this thinking this is going to hurt but hopefully it will be worth it. I honestly did not feel any pain or discomfort and from that time I have felt back to my usual healthy, happy self. Thank you Mr Mutema from the bottom of my heart.

Mr Mutema has a professional and caring manner when dealing with, what can be, quite sensitive medical problems. He is very experienced and offered several options of treatment, with clear explanations. Mr Mutema was able to resolve my medical issue, both in the immediate and longer terms. Mr Mutema was superb all the way through. Put me at ease in the initial consultation and explained the best way to do my hysterectomy in the least invasive way. Everything went perfectly to plan, staff were wonderful at Blackpool Spire Hospital . We paid privately to avoid NHS waiting list but worth every penny as and my life is back on track. I would recommend Mr Mutema and Blackpool Spire to anyone who is considering going private.

I can not praise Mr Mutema highly enough. He has completed 3 gynae procedures on me- Fenton's procedure, c-section and most recently a total laproscopic hysterectomy. Each and every time I have met with him, either prior to or following surgeries, he has always made me feel listened to, explained things in full to me and answered any questions I have had, allowing me to make an informed decision regarding my treatments. I have always felt very well looked after and confident under his care, always being treated in a dignified manner. He is a genuinely caring, gentle and empathic clinician. It is very clear he is an expert in his field and although I hope to not need any further gynae input, if I did, I would only want him! All of my surgical scars are cosmetically amazing and I have recovered well without complications after each procedure. He has an excellent bed side manner. So.... very highly reccomended... and coming from a nurse who is in contact with many medical professionals. I have been under his care as both an NHS and private patient. A***** thank you!
