I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The consultant, nurses and all the staff were professional, friendly and reassuring, and they explained everything clearly throughout the process. The operation to remove my varicose veins was a success, and I am very pleased with the results. I felt well cared for at every stage and would highly recommend this consultant and the team to anyone considering treatment. Thank you all for the excellent care.
As previous answer, with the addition that I would have appreciated clearer parking instructions. The signs warn that the car park is for permit holders only, so I was confused as to where I should park and had to ask at reception - after parking.
The follow up letters from my 3 previous appointments did not arrive. I spoke to Mr Sheikh about this and he assured me that he would look into it.
I was seen very quickly. The hospital is easy to find . The staff were all really nice
The experience met my expectations of professionalism and empathy towards patients in addition to advice given regarding procedures and possible outcomes. A high standard of cleanliness and customer service.
I was booked in for a mammogram/scan and on the day had an examination and then got told that the radiographer was on maternity leave. They had to rearrange the scans to the next Friday which left me feeling anxious until the next week where I had to come again.
