I was booked in for a mammogram/scan and on the day had an examination and then got told that the radiographer was on maternity leave. They had to rearrange the scans to the next Friday which left me feeling anxious until the next week where I had to come again.
Fantastic as always, Dr Head Rapson has changed my life as pain is managed regular. Amazing doctor !
The wait time was 1 hour and 15 mins after I was told my appointment was. But after this it went very fast but not rushed. I have no issues with the wait as I understand that delays happen.
No complaints at all very helpful staff in all departments Especially a Nigerian gentleman who was lovely l & kept checking on me … sorry I didn’t catch his name he was very attentive . Well done all
I have attended appointments in the past at other hospitals but by far the staff were so much better here and the service was second to none
