Mr Farhan was extremely professional, he explained the procedure pre surgery and asked if I had any questions. Mr Farhan explained the procedure post surgery and went through it step by step. He was warm approachable and sensitive to my concerns.

I had seen many consultants/surgeons in my life and Mr Bajwa is the best. Clear, concise and willing to listen and answer any questions but most of all knew what he was talking about and gave me great confidence. Brilliant guy.

Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
