For years my father struggled with diabetes and an unhealthy relationship with food, which resulted in increased medication over time and consequently a deep conviction that this was the only way down the line. Previous consultations with dietitians didn’t result in much success as their approach was deprivation based, lacked proper personalisation, and did not cater well for the human aspect. As a result, my father found it difficult to accept and adapt. Dr Filip’s approach, however, was totally different. His sessions are very educational and strategy based which empowered us to navigate the challenging tides of adaptation with renewed hope, clarity, and confidence. Throughout the sessions Dr Filip focused on clearing misconceptions and providing a methodical approach on how and when to prepare and consume meals. All questions were welcome - no question was treated lightly or seen silly, and delicate questions were answered with a highly valued level of detail, care and compassion. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

Monica’s fantastic Detox and Reboost Plan was a great kickstart to enable me to start in earnest, to working towards my goal of losing some menopausal weight. The programme is easy to follow and so well considered; Monica has done all the hard work of planning and developing healthy, nutritious and tasty meals, easily adapted to suit a family. The smoothies were a revelation; filling and easy to make! Monica is very knowledgeable; kind and positive and never judgmental. Her support is a key element to helping programme members to reach their goals. I feel more positive and energised as I continue on my journey!
