I honestly can’t recommend Rania enough. I came to her while trying to conceive with PCOS, feeling completely overwhelmed - especially with my relationship with food, which I’d struggled with for a long time. She didn’t just give me a plan - she helped me rebuild a healthy, balanced approach to food in a way that actually felt sustainable and kind. The cycle I followed her guidance was the first time I ovulated, which felt huge for me. She also guided me on which blood tests to request and the right supplements to support my body, which made me feel so much more in control of my health. Even during pregnancy, when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, I found myself leaning on everything I’d learned from her - and it made managing it so much easier. I’m so grateful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating PCOS or fertility.

I've really struggled to navigate the healthcare system to manage my PCOS symptoms for so many years with no more than being asked to just lose weigh! I found Rania through a recommendation, it has been so amazing to be treated with kindness and her knowledge about the condition was apparent. I'm losing weight modestly, but my energy levels and insulin resistance has really improved after a few appointments with her. 100% recommend.

My partner and I saw Rania for help with fertility. She was great and provided a lot of clarity and really advocated on our behalf to get extra testing done that was missed by the GP.

Came to see Rania as me and my partner have been struggling to conceive for the last 5 years. She has been very comprehensive in picking up thinks that our GP didn't, advocating for tests and guiding us with a sensible nutrition plan. I'm now five months pregnant and really think Nutrition made a huge difference!
