Rania is amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. I was suffering with managing my PCOS symptoms and wasn't finding the NHS or doctors receptive to my needs. Rania helped me so much with my diet and mindset towards food, I couldn't have gotten the results without her support and guidance. I have lost weight, feel more confident about my food choices and generally feel better. Thank you so much!

I was told I have high cholesterol and prediabetes from my doctor. I was told to start medication right away. I went to see Rania who listened to my concerns and guided me through the process of changing my diet in a sustainable way. With her help, I have managed to lower my cholesterol and I am no longer in the prediabetic range. Hopefully I can keep this up so I don't need to take meds!

Rania has been great! I needed help to improve my PCOS symptoms and my diet has completely changed thanks to her advice but I don't feel that it is a chore. My cravings have improved, I've started losing weight and I just feel better overall.

I've been trying and failing to manage my PCOS for several years. Until I met Rania, I thought I had done everything but thought I would give diet one last go. Working with Rania has allowed me to see where I was going wrong previously and made me realise that a lot of what I was seeing and hearing online was wrong. If you have been unable to manage your PCOS, then I would definitely recommend getting some expert help.
