I can wholeheartedly recommend a consultation and health advice from Aletta. I have been in doubt for a long time regarding which supplements I should take. Aletta guides you completely through which supplements you need to take, based on the symptoms you are dealing with. It is very good to talk to her and she listens to you and explains well what is happening in your body based on the symptoms you list to her. I would say she has a lot of knowledge and experience. She also follows up very well and gets back to you quickly. She gave me a good plan to follow, both with diet and supplements. Would definitely recommend consulting with her!
