Mr Shashidhar Irukulla (Shashi) is a consultant Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgeon with private practices in Ashtead, Surrey, Chertsey, and Farnham in the UK. He specializes in laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures, which enable faster recovery time for patients than traditional open surgeries.

Mr Irukulla received his MBBS in 1992 from Gulbarga University in India. He later moved to the UK to complete his speciality training, with bariatric training at St. George's Hospital in London. He has also received advanced training at the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle, Australia, and in the UK on the South West Thames rotation. Currently, he serves as the senior Bariatric Surgeon at Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals in Chertsey, UK.
