This man saved my life. He was so patient, understanding and supportive throughout all our conversations. I felt in the time we had he really understood my experience, gave thorough explanations and also was so flexible and adaptable to my treatment response. She allowed so much time to me to listen & to explain the impact of the feelings I had carried with me since childhood. There was a pre session discussion and a follow up to the actual hypnotherapy. On the day of my hypnotherapy, I woke up to a feeling of hopelessness, Elizabeth changed all that. During the session I never felt rushed or that a timer was going to ping at any minute to be told my session was over, it was the opposite. Elizabeth does not leave you hanging, I’ve just had another message from her to ask how I’m doing. Its so important to find the right therapist and I feel so blessed to have found Elizabeth.

Dr Jones is a very lovely and professional lady, who is really dedicated to helping me with my hormonal issues related to perimenopause. Dr Bruce - Jones I have being seeing Dr Bruce Jones for the past 8 years . He is kind , sympathetic and explains in easy English what he feels ones problem is . I am not sure he can help me due to things being ingrained from an early age but i will definitely carry on seeing him . He has explained a lot about my past . Hes also a lovely man to open up to . He is top of his field ... there is no doubt about that !
