From the moment I walked in Luca created a safe and welcoming environment. He was kind, calm, and I felt like he really listened to and empathised with what I was saying. After discussing the issues at hand, he helped to frame my experiences and we discussed what it is that I wish to achieve moving forward. I found this a very useful exercise as previously I would think I want things to be better but I didn't know how. I found Luca very easy to talk to and felt myself able to open up to him straight away. He helped me feel validated in my experiences then helped me to move on through various techniques.
Had 5 sessions with Dr Pozzi so far and he has been very helpful. He listens to my problems and isn’t forceful, tailoring solutions to my personal habit and routine. Found him very thoughtful, friendly and approachable, would recommend him!
Luca is very approachable and has been very helpful in every single session. Knows how to listen and gives you the best advice to be kinde to yourself and to others. Would 100% recommend.
Luca is a very patient, positive and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. He is also one of the few therapists to offer in person sessions. After many disappointing results with online sessions I took the time to go to see Luca and this, alongside his expertise really helped to turn around things for me. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over our sessions. Recommended
My sessions with Luca Pozzi were thought provoking and helped me to become aware of my attachment issues. As someone who finds it difficult to be open about my thoughts and feelings, coupled with the basic unknown of what to expect from therapy, every session was always comfortable and more importantly, beneficial to me. It has been now 6 months I stopped seeing Luca and my life has undoubtedly improved. I am more confident, less obsessed by toxic masculinity ideas and truly able to manage my mood and the difficulties we encounter in life. I am grateful I worked with Luca and I recommend him
As a male patient.... When I first got in touch with Doctor Pozzi, I was coming out of a bad experience with a previous therapist and I was in a very negative state of mind. Doctor Pozzi was really supportive and, over time, he helped me to overcome my longlasting depression and to develop my own skills to face life in a more determined and positive way
Luca helped me frame my thinking and gave me the right tools to get better every week. I highly appreciated his approach and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Luca!
Thank you so much for your kind feedback it means so much to me.
I decided to leave this positive review about Luca as his work truly helped me to change my life radically. I had to overcome my Internalized homophobia to embrace who I truly am. His approach is friendly still very professional and rather than imposing his knowledge he helped me better understand who I wanna be and how to get there. I am still in a growing through my experiences, yet I believe I am much more aware of myself thanks to my work with Luca. Recommended.
Luca has really helped me with my mental health and has supported me professionally in my journey. My experience with him has been very positive, he is a passionate and approachable therapist, and I feel that he is empathetic and understanding of my issues. I would recommend his service.
Luca and I certainly have a great patient-therapist connection. He comes across as someone who genuinely wants and loves to help others, is authentic, very observant, easy to talk to, flexible in his approach, and open to feedback.
Thank you so much for your feedback. It means a lot to me. I believe every therapeutic encounter is a new journey of self-discovery and self-development. As a therapist I must ensure my clients feel safe and truly listened.
