I have worked with Ranjit on and off for many years and have benefited immensely from her support. She is an empathetic, understanding and non-judgmental therapist who creates a space where I have always felt listened to and supported. I particularly value the range of approaches she brings to her work. She has helped me both practically, with tools and strategies to better manage life and my emotions, and more deeply, to work through difficult emotions, understand past experiences and develop a much better understanding of myself. I am very grateful for the support she has given me over the years and do not hesitate to recommend her to others.
Great help talking through issues and providing solutions to manage mental load
My recent visit with Dr Mann was great. I was really able to see the progress I had made over the last few weeks but also some tangible examples and tips of things I can do going forward to remain consistent in my self development journey
I have significantly benefited from my sessions with Ranjit. She has an instinctive intelligence which enables her to quickly build strong rapport and listens with empathy. I had a long standing problem with OCD and she is good at both helping me build techniques with how to deal with it and breaking down the approach into manageable chunks. I am very grateful for her support.
Ranjit took time to understand my situation and helped me to identify and process historical trauma that was manifesting in my behaviours today. Her manner is very approachable and made me comfortable opening up and sharing in a way I hadn't felt comfortable previously
Ranjit has helped me progress from simply surviving to living and enjoying my life and I cannot thank her enough for sticking with me.
I enjoyed working with Dr Ranjit. She understood my concerns and tailored the treatment to what works best for me, which proved very effective. She is very friendly and approachable. I felt listened and supported throughout the process.
Helpful. An opportunity to reset priorities and process some important challenges
I couldn’t recommend more, I have had various therapists and have tried different therapies over the years but have never connected as well as I did with Ranjit, she has changed my life and I couldn’t be more grateful

Much appreciated for your feedback.
My son has been struggling with fear of flying on the planes, which was creating a lot of discomfort for him, and affected the entire family as a result. Ms Mann has been nothing short of amazing in her approach, attitude and professionalism. This summer my son flew a total of 4 times and I’ve seen a massive difference for the better, which he reflected on as well. If it wasn’t for Ms Mann and EMDR, he’d still be experiencing anxiety. And what’s more, the relaxing and breathing techniques Ms Mann taught him continue to be useful in his day to day life. Thank you!
Ms Mann’s wide-ranging experience across a number of psychological modalities, combined with her kind and gentle approach helps to put her patients at ease, enabling them to secure positive outcomes from their therapy sessions. Ms Mann is a highly recommended Chartered Psychologist, particularly for people who have experienced trauma, or are struggling with mood or eating disorders.
