Dr Pardeep Grewal is the best in the business. He is engaged in your best patient care from the very first moment and goes above and beyond to ensure he provides you the correct diagnosis and treatment recommendation. Dr Pardeep Grewal does not leave a stone unturned and provides follow ups to his assessments to ensure he has an open view to your treatment progress which I absolutely love. If something isn't working, he will adapt the plan and this is why he is the best. I was scared of commencing work with a Psychiatrist, however he made me feel welcome and was fully engaged creating an open and reassuring atmosphere and I would recommend anyone to go to his clinic. His PA Nicky is superb and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the right appointments and provides quick and swift responses to any communication at any given time.

Dr Grewal was so lovely, I actually felt comfortable being myself. I'd previously spoken to another psychiatrist who was a bit pushy and rushed through appointments without listening to me but it felt like Dr Grewal really tried to understand my thoughts and concerns. Where I felt worried about taking something in particular, he gave me the relevant information to go and do my own research, which was great for me. He also had an open mind about trying alternatives I suggested. I really liked that he suggested a plan A and a plan B if A didn't work well. This gave me room to actually think about whether A was good for me, rather than feeling pressure to say it's good due to anxiety about what would happen if I said it wasn't. I think it's great that he seems so up to date on topics like hypermobility and how adhd affects women. Overall I've been really pleased with how helpful and sincere Dr Grewal has been.

I saw Dr Grewal for an initial assessment and 3 follow on sessions at Promis Clinic Hay Farm. From the first assessment, I was very impressed and reassured by Dr Grewal's manner and holistic approach to treatment. The medication he offered provided effective temporary relief for managing my extreme moods, but he recognised that further medication / sedation would be detrimental to my therapeutic work. He provided recommendations for a local psychiatrist for aftercare. I felt very seen and understood by Dr Grewal and would highly recommend him for complex mental health issues.

Booked for my annual ADHD medication review with Dr Grewal (3 years since my inital assessment and diagnosis, 5th) over email with Nicky - as always I got a prompt reply and she had booked my appointment for 3 weeks later within 3 hours. I was particularly appreciative as Nicky gave me the flexibility to wait until my payday just over a week later (but still before the appointment) to settle the invoice, rather than demanding immediate payment - this went a really long way and isn't something you can find with many private healthcare pathways. The personal touch makes this experience overall less stressful as something with ADHD where these kinds of stress can put you off seeking further help. Dr Grewal is great as usual - he always listens to everything you have to say and really takes into consideration your personal situation and situation to curate an effective treatment plan. Thank you Nicky and Dr Grewal!

Dr Grewal was fantastic. My life has changed forever since my consultations. The ADHD diagnosis was correct and the medication has helped so much. DR Grewal supported me and even helped with information on NHS waiting list and process.

Dr Grewal was so kind and helpful. He listened to all of my concerns regarding which medications I'd already tried, and he ran tests to exclude other conditions prior to concluding with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. The diagnosis and subsequent prescription for a mood stabiliser have changed my life for the better. I cannot recommend him enough, and his secretary is also so incredibly helpful and kind.

I came to Dr Pardeep in a very bad state and over medicated. He stopped the unnecessary medication and andjusted others and I now feel in a much better state than before I saw him. I am very grateful.
