Dr Pardeep Grewal

Dr Pardeep is extremely compassionate and personable. I immediately felt at ease sharing my thoughts and concerns regarding my present state of mental health and queries about my medication. He went beyond the call of duty and I am extremely grateful.

Dr Grewal finally understood what was really going on. When other doctors did not understand my symptoms, Dr Grewal correctly diagnosed the complex trauma that developed and worsened after significant life events. This led to further diagnoses, better care, and a clear understanding of how mental health significantly affects the physical body. Without Dr Grewal I would still be completely in the dark. I'm very grateful for the expertise, compassion, and support. Highly recommended.

My most recent visit was a follow up appointment regarding my new medication / dose change. Dr Grewal, as usual, remained professional, calm, understanding and non-judgemental. Alongside this there were elements of humour throughout which I value in said environments, making me feel more at ease. He has an in-depth knowledge about all my diagnosis', and how they intertwine with each other. The medication initially recommended from our first session has changed my life for the better. I would highly recommend Dr. Grewal to anyone looking for a Psychiatrist, especially if they have concerns / queries about ADHD and anxiety.

There is a common theme amongst everyone that spends any time with Dr Pardeep and that is just that he is an unbelievable person. His 'bedside manner' is exemplary, he is a calming character and just provides so much professional reassurance it is untrue. I could not recommend engaging him enough and I know I'm not alone in that view. A consummate professional.

Pardeep is truely amazing he knew straight away what was wrong with me and sorted my diagnosis and picked up other things I need screening for which the nhs and multiple heath care providers have missed over the whole 37 years of my life which I have been in and out of care for therapy / cbt etc and know one realised and missed what could of helped me many many years ago. Thankyou so so much this could literally be life changing for me once I’m finally on the correct medication

Dr Pardeep Grewal is the best in the business. He is engaged in your best patient care from the very first moment and goes above and beyond to ensure he provides you the correct diagnosis and treatment recommendation. Dr Pardeep Grewal does not leave a stone unturned and provides follow ups to his assessments to ensure he has an open view to your treatment progress which I absolutely love. If something isn't working, he will adapt the plan and this is why he is the best. I was scared of commencing work with a Psychiatrist, however he made me feel welcome and was fully engaged creating an open and reassuring atmosphere and I would recommend anyone to go to his clinic. His PA Nicky is superb and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the right appointments and provides quick and swift responses to any communication at any given time.

Dr Grewal was so lovely, I actually felt comfortable being myself. I'd previously spoken to another psychiatrist who was a bit pushy and rushed through appointments without listening to me but it felt like Dr Grewal really tried to understand my thoughts and concerns. Where I felt worried about taking something in particular, he gave me the relevant information to go and do my own research, which was great for me. He also had an open mind about trying alternatives I suggested. I really liked that he suggested a plan A and a plan B if A didn't work well. This gave me room to actually think about whether A was good for me, rather than feeling pressure to say it's good due to anxiety about what would happen if I said it wasn't. I think it's great that he seems so up to date on topics like hypermobility and how adhd affects women. Overall I've been really pleased with how helpful and sincere Dr Grewal has been.
