Dr Grewal is an experienced professional psychtriast with a great understanding of ADHD. Hr gave me clarity about my experiences and a holistic plan for my future care with tips to look into. He is a great listener is great at recommending the appropriate next steps according to my experience under his care. I felt like we were working as a team for my care. This doctor is very impressive. I’ve seen numerous professors and academics, but none were able to diagnose and treat my problems in the way that Dr Grewal has. It took a while, but I have now stopped taking a whole bunch of unnecessary toxic drugs and medications. He did this so very carefully, knowing that I needed to continue working in a senior and public role I now feel loads better. I just wish he was recommended to me 10 years earlier.

Dr Grewal is a very good and insightful Psychiatrist and the first mental health professional to suggest that I might have ADHD and that it might be the root of my emotional regulation issues. And it was. Since he prescribed me a proper treatment, post diagnosis, I am much better. And my life is also getting better. And he did that through videocall. By seeing the way I talk, the way I move and LISTENING to my personal history. He definitely is a 5* shrink who takes the time to help. His service stood up for me where the NHS did let me down. As the waiting list are so long, that I would still be rotting in them and crying my eyes out each time.e something goes wrong in my life. And not sleeping. And eating disorderly. And overspending. He really did help with all that by going to the root of the problem. I do definitely recommend consulting him. Especially if you suspect you are neurodivergent and need help.
