This doctor is very impressive. I’ve seen numerous professors and academics, but none were able to diagnose and treat my problems in the way that Dr Grewal has. It took a while, but I have now stopped taking a whole bunch of unnecessary toxic drugs and medications. He did this so very carefully, knowing that I needed to continue working in a senior and public role I now feel loads better. I just wish he was recommended to me 10 years earlier.

Dr Grewal is a very good and insightful Psychiatrist and the first mental health professional to suggest that I might have ADHD and that it might be the root of my emotional regulation issues. And it was. Since he prescribed me a proper treatment, post diagnosis, I am much better. And my life is also getting better. And he did that through videocall. By seeing the way I talk, the way I move and LISTENING to my personal history. He definitely is a 5* shrink who takes the time to help. His service stood up for me where the NHS did let me down. As the waiting list are so long, that I would still be rotting in them and crying my eyes out each time.e something goes wrong in my life. And not sleeping. And eating disorderly. And overspending. He really did help with all that by going to the root of the problem. I do definitely recommend consulting him. Especially if you suspect you are neurodivergent and need help.

Excellent Dr, took time to understand my issues throughout the diagnosis process, caring and took everything on board I was saying while asking questions to gain additional information required. Thorough treatment plan set up and listened to my feedback while looking at all available treatment options and ensuring the treatment was having the required outcomes.

I've been meeting Dr Pardeep ad-hoc for the past six months. In his role as a Psychiatrist, he has both recommended courses of practical therapy, specifically DBT and EMDR, he has also been supporting me with reducing my anti-depressant medication, which I've now managed to reduce by 80%, and we have a plan to address the remaining 20%. At every step, decisions as to the courses of treatment have been joint discussions, based on my particular comfort and readiness at those points in time. I also feel I am building strong (and self reaffirming) coping mechanisms to address the reasons behind why I needed psychiatric intervention in the first place.

Dr Grewal has, over the course of several years, provided me with outstanding psychiatric care. His abilities to identify, treat and support me with the complex issues I face have been invaluable to me. Crucially, Dr Grewal has consistently incorporated awareness and knowledge of me as a person, not simply a patient displaying symptoms, in his treatment. This particular aspect of his approach is one which has contributed greatly to my continually increasing wellbeing. I am very grateful to have had the chance to work together with him on my mental health.

Dr Grewal is a really superb consultant. He is knowledgeable, sensitive and thoughtful. He is very flexible in his approach to what is required, and works consultatively with me to agree a best way forward. I highly recommend him.
