The visit was great accommodating by coming to Norwich and took plenty of time to go through everything I did not feel rushed and was at ease from the moment I walked through the door. The session was thorough and I left knowing exactly what was happening next which took about 3 working days after appointment for follow up communication

An online meeting lasting around 35 mins. Dr Kumar was thorough in asking questions that could apply to a range of issues like compulsive behaviours and dramatic mood changes etc so he could really understand what was going on. He asked me what I thought was going on and what I was thinking going into the appointment which was really nice as I'm sometimes hesitant to give my opinion as I'm nowhere near a medical professional. His thinking and next steps for me were thoroughly explained and I left understanding a lot more and left feeling really relieved
