I'm glad I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Praveen Kumar. First and foremost, I'd like to note the structure of the consultation, it was easy for me to explain myself because I was asked the right questions in a logical sequence. Even in moments where I couldn't find the words to express exactly what I meant, the doctor would rephrase my thoughts back to me, showing that he understood. It's clear this person is genuinely passionate about and loves their profession. It would be wonderful if all doctors were like that.

Really calm, put me at ease despite me never having disclosed any of my issues with anyone before. Gave me the chance to ask any questions and explained everything in detail. I felt listened to and I felt heard.

Dr Kumar was exceptional. He was professional, courteous and willing to listen. He showed a great deal of empathy and compassion and was genuine in his willingness to help. Thanks Dr Kumar, I'm most grateful. God bless you.
