He was great

I had a really easy and productive appointment with Dr Kumar, he made me feel very at ease and ways very easy to talk to.

I was quite nervous about not being able to articulate my feelings or thoughts, but I felt at ease and that this was a safe space for me to share and just answer honestly. I felt very listened to, and that it was okay for me to ask for clarification to questions when needed. My previous experiences were taken into account when discussing a treatment plan, which is something I was worried about but it was clear this was taken into account.

Dr Kumar was kind sensitive understanding and professional, having taken time to read preparatory information supplied in advance despite relative short notice. Having done so informed his approach to make a thorough assessment. Reframing questions as and when required to elicit responses to build an evidence based clinical picture. My internet connection failed midway, Dr Kumar took the initiative to follow this up to reestabish connection. Dr Kumar was kind hearted sensitive and enabled an open approach for which I did not feel judged. The conclusions were expressed in an emphatic positive affirming manner. I wish him well in his career

He was clear about what was happening and felt more like a conversation than a consult. The questions he asked felt relevant and Dr Kumar was very calming. I was anxious going into the call and at the beginning but he helped calm me down.
