I had never met Mr Shayah before. I was greated by him in the waiting area with a polite introduction and handshake. Once in the consulting room he listened carefully and patiently to me trying to explain my history and symptoms. Never interrupted and then carried out various tests on me. He reassured me about my condition explaining all aspects of it having asserted that I was most likely suffering from vestibular migraine. He gave me dietry advice and explained the purpose of the medication he was prescribing for me. A further appointment was made for 3 months hence. I felt very comfortable and not in the least bit pressured during my lengthy appointment and I came away, not cured but much reassured and confident that Mr Shayah would be doing all that he could for me. Very good "bedside manner".

Mr maslekar has been very clear throughout my experience, from diagnosis, through recommendation and completing both surgical procedures. This could have been a very daunting experience, but was made better by mr maslekar
