I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. A genuinely brilliant surgeon and a top professional. Highly recommended.

It was such a brilliant experience. I had treatment for my frozen shoulder and the staff from the receptionists to the consultant to the assistant to the nurses were absolutely brilliant. As a business owner, I strive for this type of customer service and your staff are the best representatives of perfection in their offering. I would like to especially thank the cosultant who carried out the treatment and his assistant (I fainted a few times so forgot their names) who were exceptional. Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

Excellent service throughout the whole time. Friendly, helpful staff and very good care. Dr. Menon was kind and efficient and listened to me when I queried whether a throat spray which he mentioned was necessary. I had experienced discomfort after a procedure during which a throat spray had been used previously.

I made it very clear to the members of staff when I woke up from my procedure that I felt incredibly dizzy and sick. However 30 minutes after I was brought back to the unit I was discharged. Even my husband told the nurses that I was still dizzy and felt nausea. We got home and I slept for three hours.
