I felt reassured by Mr Terrace’s quiet, confident manner, his careful but thorough examination and his clear explanation of my options. My wife said that she felt he took a personal interest in our case: that we mattered to him. Arrangements for the procedure were made efficiently and carried out as planned. Following the operation and discharge I had an adverse reaction to my pain medication and had to return to hospital outpatients. Mr Terrace, indeed all the staff, were attentive, sympathetic and helpful and I was able to return home after a couple of hours. He said that if I experienced any problems I should not hesitate to contact him. Six weeks after the operation, as arranged, Mr Terrace followed up by phone call and I was able to tell him that I have recovered very well and am resuming all my normal activities. Mr Terrace assured me that he would be available at all times if further assistance was required in any way. My experience throughout has been positive and I am I most grateful to Mr Terrace for his exemplary care.

Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. My experience was very disappointing with the consultant. I was happy for my appointment to be changed just before attending due to the consultant running late. I was very disappointed with the lack of interest and time shown to be by the consultant. I got 10 minutes of his time to be told to cut out caffeine at the cost of £250. I was hoping to receive some understanding of what could be causing recurrent UTI's and reassuring me of any fears of anything sinister i.e bladder cancer. Only to be told this only occurs for around 10/20% of cases. I think what really irked me was he looked at his watch part way through me speaking This I found very disrespectful and rude.

I had a shoulder injury and having worked with KT before I knew that I needed to see her before it got any worse! After the initial consultation KT diagnosed it as bursitis. She gave me different exercises to help with the range of shoulder movement. KT liaised with my PT so that he was clear about what exercises I should be avoiding for the time being in the PT sessions. KT really clearly explained what the exercises would be helping with and why I should be doing them. After about 5 sessions, with progressive exercises over the sessions, my shoulder feels SO much better. KT is really encouraging and motivating. Her knowledge and manner are exemplary!

Hi and thanks. All went well and I am very grateful. A couple of suggestions (in that context): 1. Needles aren’t fun! I would recommend more for pre-needle procedure. Also inside of mouth needles could do with some numbing. Overall and by comparison, this would be my recommendation for improvement. 2. Training if one assistant is ok but there was one session that wasn’t fun because of it re suction and forceps etc.
