I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia P,with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. Dana is truly amazing!! She looked after my wife throughout her pregnancy and delivered our second baby by elective Caesarean, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for anyone better. She is one of the kindest and most responsive doctors we’ve ever met. She was always there when we needed her, always reassuring, and she guided us through every stage with such calm confidence... especially when our baby’s growth slowed towards the end. She’s not only an incredible surgeon with flawless communication skills, but she’s also incredibly warm and genuinely caring. She didn’t just support my wife, she supported me too. Not all obstetricians take the time to involve partners or make them feel at ease, so it meant a great deal that she looked after both of us with such thoughtfulness. We’re so grateful to her for making a potentially stressful time feel so safe and positive. We can’t recommend her highly enough and genuinely can’t wait for her to deliver our next baby!

I had my suspicions as to what was happening to me. However, going down the general NHS GP route was not getting me anywhere. They kept treating each symptom individually rather than looking at me as a whole. A few years of going backwards and forwards. Stress! With Dr Nikki, within the 30 minute consultation I felt heard, all symptoms were put together and a treatment plan was formed. It all made sense and everything was explained. Medication prescribed and ordered, report received and a report sent to my own GP, all within a few hours. Future follow up already booked. That is what you call professionalism, efficiency and having very knowledgeable doctors who understand the female body. Wish I had booked them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

I attended Monaghan & Morrow clinic for a vasectomy procedure in February this year. I got booked in within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was naturally anxious about the procedure but the guys made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. The procedure was pretty much pain free. Stephen & Gillian also clearly communicated pain/brusing etc over the days following, which was very reassuring. Also a check-in email the following day to confirm all was ok. (which it was) After some initial tenderness, I was back running within 1 week of the vacetomy. The follow up semen analysis was also very straightforward. I received the kit in the post with instructions. Results were then emailed within a few weeks. I could not recommend Monaghan & Morrow enough.

It was our first time seeing Dr Ratheesh. Running behind but to be expected being later in the day. Dr Ratheesh listened/checked my daughter’s chest and temperature. Confirmed notes when typing and gave a great explanation and example of what to look out for along with sending over information via text. Obviously a lot going around coming into winter so I presumed I’d of left feeling an inconvenience. I left feeling the total opposite and completely reassured. Thank you for seeing and helping my daughter today. The reception staff on the phone are also very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Great all round experience from start to finish today.

For several months I had been experiencing severe pain in my right groin which had been attributed to acute tendonitis. I was examined by Mr Curry who, after reviewing my MRI scan, concluded that my pain was in fact due to osteoarthritis in my hip joint, rather than the tendon. He very clearly explained my options for treatment and, due to my advanced age, recommended an injection of Haluronic acid Into the joint, rather than surgery. The injection was expertly administered by Dr Galán, under ultrasound guidance, and the pain has already eased considerably. I could not have been under better care.

On Monday 1st December, at 12.30pm, I attended the ONE Ashford Hospital, for a total knee replacement. Within a short space of time I was ushered into my room, and eventually changed into a theatre gown. I was then taken to be prepared for my operation. This whole process was pleasant, reassuring, and very professional. Afterwards, I was returned to my room, and given all the attention I could wish for by the nurses, physiotherapists, and catering staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, likewise for the Tuesday, when I was discharged in the afternoon.

The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

Dr Muirhead and Sam were fantastic from start to finish. I was quite nervous about the procedure but they immediately put me at ease and continued to reassure me throughout. Dr Muirhead was professional, understanding and thorough from the initial consultation through to the end of the procedure, and I know that she will be on the end of the phone if I need any aftercare help or advice. She explained everything clearly and I felt in very good hands.

She dealt with me gently and sensitively; the procedure was explained very simply and both the treatment and care by her and her colleagues were outstanding. It was very much appreciated!

He used his expertise, and the knowledge of supporting experts, to help confirm the diagnosis and the need for a review by a different medical field.

I had damaged my Achilles which aggravated a problem with my right knee such that I was having difficulty walking. Mr Culpan was enormously helpful in identifying the issue (with an MRI arranged the same day of my initial appointment), and surgery a week later to tidy up the damage! I couldn’t recommend him strongly enough.
