I was seen by a young male dentist (apologies, he did tell me but I can't recall his name and it isn’t listed on the website – perhaps he is new). He was professional, informative, and efficient throughout my appointment. As I’m allergic to local anaesthetics, fillings can be particularly uncomfortable, but he was very reassuring and took great care, as did the dental nurse. By far, this has been the best service I’ve experienced at the practice to date. My only critique is not directed at the dentist himself, but rather the practice’s policy. Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that patients cannot book a filling replacement directly without first having a pre-booking consultation. This essentially doubles both the cost and the time needed off work. In my case, a chipped filling was causing pain due to decay, and it was obvious that a replacement filling was required. I had to insist several times when booking that I did not need a pre-assessment, only a filling appointment. Given that I am a private patient and a silver filling costs almost £200, being charged for an unnecessary pre-booking simply to confirm what is already evident feels unreasonable.

I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I went to my consultation with some trepedation as I didnt know what to expect but I was quickly put at ease once the consultation began. I was impressed with the detailed checks and scans that were carried out and everything was clearly explained at each stage. I was quiete surprised to be told that I wasnt ready for treatment at this stage and that any improvement that they could make for my reading vision, could potentially, make my distance vision slighly worse than it is at the moment. i was really impressed at the honestly and professionalism of the Consultant who gave me his honest opinion and did not try and sell me a procedure that I didnt need. For me this is very comendable in this day and age, Perhaps in a number of years time my situation will have changed and I will not hesitate to return to Cathedral for further advive/ analysys.

Excellent ENT Specialist – Highly Recommend! I recently saw Dr Raghav Dwivedi for an earache, hearing issues, and Eustachian tube problems, and I’m very pleased with the care I received. The doctor is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He’s very easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt fully informed about my condition, and he explained everything clearly and in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. He ordered the necessary tests, and when discussing the results, he made sure I understood everything without feeling rushed. His caring and respectful attitude really stood out to me. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an ENT specialist. He truly cares about his patients and provides excellent care.

Mr Briant-Evans was professional, engaging and caring throughout my whole knee replacement experience. He conveyed every aspect of the process with patience and openness, leaving me fully prepared for the pre-op, the procedure and the anticipated, lengthy recovery, The surgery went very smoothly, without complication. Now, eight weeks on, the pain and swelling are greatly reduced, and I'm able to walk up to three miles without any walking aids. More importantly, it feels like real success as i no longer experience any joint pain as i walk.

I went to Mr Elmiyeh as I was experiencing crustiness and discomfort in my nose. Mr Elmiyeh was thorough, descriptive and very informative. He also suggested I use a saline rinse instead of prescribing more antibiotics which I didn't want to keep using. He followed up with a detailed examination (which revealed that everything was normal) and gave me the knowledge I needed to monitor the situation going forward. Highly recommend Mr Elmiyeh as he is super friendly, professional and thorough.

The appointment was smooth and seemless even with a tube strike. Many of the staff who had taken care of me recognised me and took time to chat and find out how I was recovering. I felt they genuinely had an interest and delighted in much of m good news. All together, the staff there are brilliant. I would go out of my way to use the cromwell over many of my local hospitals just for the care our staff showed me.

It took weeks to arrange an appointment then they cancelled and rescheduled. My scan was arranged very quickly thereafter, however despite being told the results would be 1-2 weeks, I am still chasing up trying get results and treatment. In total it’s been a couple of months since starting and my private health care is about expire before I’m able to be seen or treated.
