Mr Jodie Smith is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who qualified in 2007. He also holds a degree in Biomedical Science, which has provided him with a solid foundation in both physiology and healthcare. Over the years, he has worked in various leading NHS hospitals as well as in private clinics, gaining extensive knowledge and skills in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

A passionate rugby enthusiast, Jodie spent two years in New Zealand working with top-level rugby teams, which enriched his expertise and experience in sports injury management. Though retired from playing rugby due to injury, he has personally undergone rehabilitation, offering him a deep understanding of the patient's perspective and challenges during recovery.

Following a serious neck injury, Jodie developed a special interest in neck and upper limb issues, becoming an expert in treating headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, and arm pain, whether from acute injuries or postural neglect.

He offers personalised advice, hands-on treatment, and tailored rehabilitation for a variety of injuries. His treatments include dry needling, soft tissue mobilisation, joint manipulation, and taping, all aimed at reducing pain and improving functionality. Jodie is committed to working collaboratively with clients to achieve their functional and sporting goals, ensuring they receive the care they need to recover and thrive.
