I wanted to share my experience with Mr Gan in the hope it helps other women who may be facing complex gynaecological surgery, including hysterectomy, or living with severe endometriosis. From the very first consultation, Mr Gan was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely reassuring. He took the time to listen properly, never rushed my questions, and explained everything clearly and honestly — including the complexity of my condition, the reasons a hysterectomy was recommended, and what surgery would realistically involve. I always felt heard and respected, which is so important when you’re already feeling anxious and vulnerable. I underwent extensive surgery under Mr Gan’s care, including excision of deep infiltrating endometriosis and a hysterectomy. Throughout the entire process he demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise. He was thorough, confident, and clearly highly experienced in managing complex endometriosis cases and major gynaecological surgery. Mr Gan combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion — something that makes a huge difference to patient wellbeing. I am deeply grateful for his care and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone facing a hysterectomy or complex gynaecological surgery for endometriosis. I had a Teams meeting today with Angela about my nutrition, as I’m looking for ways to gain weight. She was completely non judgemental, incredibly warm, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole conversation. She never made me feel bad about my eating habits and was very kind and understanding in the way she worked with me. She gave me really sound advice and clear, practical feedback on how I can improve things going forward, particularly around healthy weight gain. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the meeting. I half expected to be told to cut out lots of foods and start eating things I didn’t like but instead, she took the time to understand what I like and don’t like to eat. Overall, she was extremely helpful, supportive, and approachable, and I genuinely appreciated the session. I thought she was great.

The advice I received aligned with my own independent analysis using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, which further reinforced my confidence in both the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment plan. Dr Chopra also addressed additional concerns beyond the initial reason for my visit, offering a broader treatment approach, which I appreciated. While I understand that diagnosing multiple issues within a half-hour appointment is challenging, the consultation was helpful and provided the reassurance and confidence boost I was looking for.

I went to the clinic for egg freezing procedure. From the beginning everyone in the clinic was kind and responsive. My medical coordinator Karin, she was amazing, always very kind, and responsive. If you don’t speak Spanish, you don’t need to worry Karin speaks English perfectly as well as Dr Voskuilen. Dr Voskuilen is an amazing professional, she is kind and she made sure to explain everything very well to me. Dr Voskuilen made sure the dose of hormones was best suitable for me and I had regular scans to check the progress of the eggs. The procedure went really well without any complications. I am glad I chose Reproclinic.

Mr Ahmed El Gohari was a breath of fresh air from what I had experienced previously in regard to my suspected endometriosis. He treated me with such care and understanding and was extremely good at explaining things to me and made me feel at ease from the moment I saw on him in the initial appointment to my post op appointment. He is absolutely invaluable for women who suffer with endometriosis because there is so much misunderstanding and ignorance around the condition - Mr El Gohari is so knowledgeable and it’s refreshing to meet someone who knows exactly what he is talking about which makes you trust him so much.

Pretty straightforward experience overall. The receptionist on the first floor (the Somali lady wearing a hijab) was extremely kind and helpful. My phone was about to die and I asked if there was any chance of a charger- she went out of her way to help me, which I really appreciated. It’s the small things like that which leave a lasting impression, and that’s exactly why I wanted to leave this review. The only small suggestion I’d make is having oat milk available at the coffee machine for those who don’t have dairy, it would be a thoughtful and considerate touch.

As soon as I got there I was encouraged to relax, when i went in to the theatre for my procedure the nurses Lissy Jacob and Sue Gatrell made me feel very relaxed and explained how to take the gas and air, then Mr Farrukh Khan the consultant explained in detail what he was about to do. Op went well only a slight bit of pain so quick puff of gas helped. Passed on to recovery nurse who's name i didn't get but she was very good checking me over and making me laugh before discharging me. WOULD SAY ANYONE HAVING TO GO HERE WILL BE WELL LOOKED AFTER.
