I really look forward to my reviews with Dr Rahman and it was a pleasure to see him again today. My reviews are important checkpoints for me and an opportunity to reflect on how I've really been, and Dr Rahman has always offered support and advice where ever I've identified that I'm struggling. Dr Rahman assessed and diagnosed me with ADHD around 18 months ago. I had questioned for a long while that I maybe neurodiverse, but I was hesitant around being formally assessed for many reasons. I explained all of my concerns in my assessment and Dr Rahman met them all with understanding and reassurance. Thanks to him, I tried medication with a realistic idea of what to expect and knowing if I had any questions or concerns in that titration period - I could contact him. I am so thankful that I did, and that I trusted his advice in how medication may (positively) affect other conditions I had suffered with for many years before - that I hadn't considered were a result of ADHD, rather than in addition to. I am now part of community where diagnosis is frequently discussed and as a result, I understand the impact of assessment experience and ongoing care in how individuals view their diagnosis. I consider myself incredibly lucky that Dr Rahman has made this experience and the process of managing ADHD as positive as it can be. 10/10 would recommend.

I knew that I'd have a positive experience with Marion, as she is well renowned as the expert in her field I have a severe, long standing problem affecting my toe nails and recently had a rather involved surgical procedure with her, I want to confirm the above and express just how impressed and grateful I am. Marion is very kind and genuinely cares about her patients and their progress, simultaneously she works super efficiently and thoroughly, upholding stringent safety and hygiene protocols. As an autistic individual who likes to feel prepared, I also particularly appreciate the time she took to prep me beforehand for going on oral sytemic medication, as well as for the surgical and recovery process - and how all the information was sent to me via email too. She also has a lovely team of assistants working and training with her. Lily did a stellar job at looking after me and putting me at ease. Due to all the above what could have been an unpleasant procedure was actually a total joy!!

I was treated by Dr. Patrick Grover at the Cleveland Clinic for a skull base tumor, and I couldn’t recommend him more. He is professional, thorough, and genuinely caring, always putting patients first. He explained every step, listened to my concerns, and made me feel completely safe. The surgery went smoothly, leaving a precise scar with minimal hair loss. The admissions team and hospital staff were also outstanding attentive, kind, and professional. I felt truly supported throughout my journey. My care is still ongoing, and I want to thank the Cleveland Clinic team for turning a difficult, urgent situation into one filled with hope and support. I would like to highly recommend Dr Salooja and Raquel her PA who is prompt and efficient in both booking appointments and forwarding the summary of all consultations. I really don't know where to begin with this Consultant haematologist who clearly has a wealth of experience. I have felt included at every point in this medical journey. Dr Salooja has left no stone unturned in her investigations and i am very grateful that such a competent clinician is looking after me. I have worked in the NHS for over 30 years and experienced in a work environment many clinicians and i wanted to express how impressed i have been with the kindness and competency shown by this particular doctor.

I saw Mr Joseph at Nuffield as I had sustained an injury to my hip. I was most apprehensive as I have a Total Hip Replacement and can become overwhelmed with the thought of further treatment. I had seen Mr Joseph before so I was pleased to get an appointment He was very kind and courteous to me. He gave me time and listened to me as he could see I was very anxious. He didn’t dismiss my concerns After examining me he determined I had a soft tissue injury. I was very relieved. Mr Joseph has a kind compassionate manner. You know he wants to help you and make you feel safe. I felt reassured after meeting with him.

On arrival I was taken straight away . Staff were so reassuring & explained every step of the proceedings The procedure was done with reassurance from nurses . Afterwards I had Tea & a scone. The nurse went through all the recovery process & explained what I had to do I also was given all this information in a folder with the meds I had to use. The Kingsbridge phoned me the following day to ask how I was feeling & if I needed any information. I was Very happy with my consultant & amethyst too. All staff were so pleasant.

My first time visiting and straight away was greeted by friendly reception, who made conversation while I was waiting which was only less than 2mins I was introduced to friendly ear consultant, which explained everything to me clear, and ask relevant questions. While I had the procedure done I was made comfortable during this time. Going to a GP is not something to look forward to but my fears were alaid as soon as I met Dr. Austen. He was courteous and pleasant which put me at ease right away. I have had both knees replaced by Mr Heaton at the Sulis Hospital , one in May 2025 and the second in October 2025.During the first consultation all my questions were answered honestly and with a full explanation as to what to expect and the risks of surgery. The treatment I have received from himself and his team has been exemplary and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who is looking for knee surgery

I was kept waiting for around 40 mins. No-one informed me - I had to go and ask. The doctor was keen to hurry me because he "had to be somewhere else" He didn't examine my hips and lower back. Just said I had "very arthritic hips" which is not what Id been told before, and wasn't interested in any other possible alternatives to hip replacement. I felt dimissed and not properly heard.

I had my gallbladder removed my Mr Marzouk and have been very impressed by his skill and professionalism. He is not very communicative, offered little reassurance and did not speak to me at all in the theatre or in recovery which I found to be cold. In comparison the anaesthetist and his staff were incredible and I felt in safe hands.
