I honestly can’t recommend the fertility suite enough. Rebecca has been an absolute god send. I have been battling with pcos for years and the nhs refusing to help as my partner has a child from a previous relationship. I’ve been trying to help heal my body with information online but there are so many different opinions and advice and it became very overwhelming. From the start Rebecca has been friendly, empathetic and a great listener. I come out of my appointments feeling so relaxed and feel like I’ve just had a therapy session. She really understands what I’m going through. As well as Rebecca being amazing with the emotional side, she has helped me reduce my cycles from 77 and 79 days to 30/32 day cycles and now I am showing signs of ovulation, which I had only experienced once before. I know with her support the pregnancy will follow soon! She is great and always at the end of the phone/email for guidance and advice on what supplements to take and what to work on! Thanks for everything so far. Can’t wait until my next session!

Jess was incredibly friendly and welcoming from our very first visit, and it was a complete no-brainer to work with her for my pregnancy and delivery. It was so reassuring to have her number throughout the pregnancy - with this being our first baby I had a lot of anxieties, and Jess was so patient in responding and reassuring me with every worry and query I had. I felt very safe and comfortable with Jess during the birth and trusted her opinions and advice completely. Although my birth didn't quite go to plan (when do they ever!) I came away with such a positive experience of birth and most importantly, a gorgeous healthy baby girl. We hope to come back to Jess for our future babies and absolutely recommend her to everyone! My son attended for squint surgery on both eyes. Mr Yeo and his team were amazing and as a family we can not thank him enough. They made my 12 year old son feel at ease and explained everything they were going to do in a clear and professinal manner. Even after the surgery a member of Mr Yeo's team came to explain the next steps in my son's post-operative care. Thank you for taking such good care of our son and for all you have done. It is very much appreciated and I know this surgery will have a massive impact on the social aspect of his future as before this surgery his squint had started to impact on the things he enjoyed such as sports. He now can't wait to get back on the football pictch once he has recovered :)

Professor Akolekar has been absolutely Fantastic at every appointment all the way throughout our pregnancy. I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Appointments are always on time and very detailed, time is always made to answer any questions fully and I always leave feeling confident and reassured. The communication with Natalia is always great to book and arrange appointments. This clinic really go above and beyond and o couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Making sure our daughter has the best care and we trust her whole heartedly . My girl would not be the girl she is today without her. The surgeon I chose to do my breast augmentation surgery on December 8th 2025 was friendly and professional in consultation. He was honest about my expectations and explained everything start to finish on how to get the results I want considering I was asymetrical and had no breast tissue. Surgery wasnt bad at all and I am more than happy with the results (7 weeks post op) I had no infection, no side effects of the surgery, everything went perfectly and I healed quickly. My scars look so small and I am now holiday ready Thank you Dr Parkash Lohana for your hard work!

Apart from a reception that were unaware of their visitors - the building and facilities were excellent. Dr. Bradley is a practitioner who has a broad grasp of all areas of HRT treatment. Her extensive knowledge makes you feel very confident about the decisions you make with the doctors assistance. She is never rushed and allows extensive discussion about past and present research. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism. I left after my consultation feeling I had explored all the areas I had questions about but came away with a lot of new information.

Appointment on 31/01/2026- 1. Poor mobile network at the reception area, irrespective of mobile network provider. 2. Staff at reception does not know who visitors can log to use wi-fi. In my case I need wifi to access BUPA app to provide treatment authorisation code. I had to walk outside in the rain to be able to get network. 3. Staff at reception gave the wrong consultation room. 4. Waited past appointment time and when back to query. Told appointment at a different consultation room. Always had issues at reception

Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.

Every step of my treatment was explained simply yet in detail. This was especially important for me, a stroke survivor, who has difficulty understanding things. Extremely disappointed with Harley Mind Care. Terrible patient communication, no accountability for mistakes made, I had to chase up and argue regarding every appointment for my daughter. Assessment appointment was cut short and when I raised a complaint to my insurance company Harley Mind lied about this. I do not feel my child was given adequate opportunity to discuss her concerns that led us to seeking an assessment in the first place. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Goel was very knowledgeable and gave me advice that I wasn't expecting, and she made it make sense so I am pleased with the plan she's put in place. I only wish that I had gone to see her before I wasted my time at Randox; the information I was given before I met her was not correct, and worried me unnecessarily. Thank you very much.

Arriving for day surgery I was met with smiling faces and such kind and considerate people, their care and support were amazing and I can’t say thank you enough, after the surgery the nurses were so kind and caring and the surgeon and clinical team were awesome and explained every thing Bev Moxon my nurse was amazing and really took time to take care of me and make sure I was ok, their cup of sweet tea was amazing thank you Bev 😊
