From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. He has an excellent bedside manner and displayed a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Mr Fady Sedra went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. The X-Ray of my neck should be in an art gallery as it is truly a work of art by Mr Fady Sedra. I highly recommend for any complex spinal work.

I had treatment for severe rhinophyma. I consulted with Dr Rajpar who explained the treatment in detail. The treatment was carried out about 2 months later and Dr Rajpar and his staff were extremely caring and considerate. The procedure was done with CO2 laser. The lovely staff even called for and escorted me to my taxi ensuring I got home safely. I was asked to send daily pictures until I had healed. The results are outstanding and my life has been truly transformed.

I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.
