Hi My time with glenda was superb , since the start of my sessions i was greeted with great compassion. Glenda has a great ability to dig up issues that made me feel i was in the right place. When i was diagnosed with depression ,anxiety ,ptsd and finally adhd glenda started with my adhd issues first which we worked together to finally understand my feelings and also understand who i was . Glenda has really helped me with talking about my depression in a big way as i thought it was just normal to feel sucidal all the time and thinking real bad things in my mind. I have always known there was something not quite right since when i was young but again i thought it was normal but glenda taught me to understand that things i did and have done over the years were not so normal . I felt i was in good hands with glenda and like to thanks her again for helping me at such a bad time in my life , and if anyone else in this world needs that help glenda is there to help. I am now in a better place

my wife had a replacement knee and patella from Jonathan over twelve years ago which was very successful indeed.Recently she developed severe osteoporosis and is suffering agonising pain in both hips,her lower spine and knees.Given our inability to see our GP face to face for months(our most recent visit needed a form filled back in September and we have only just seen her four months later)we were desperate to get a plan of action.We trust Jonathan implicitly,so we consulted with him. What happened exceeded our expectations.We had a consultation,mri scans,xray and blood tests all on the same afternoon at Fortius clinic.This was followed by a clear and unambiguous plan of action,referral notes,lists of further specialists recommended all within a week. A real plus is that you will be hard put to find a nicer kinder and more caring surgeon around.He is one of the nicest people to meet in the medical world and at 83 I have met a few!

I’ve seen several physiotherapists over the past few years, but Ilias is the first who truly stands out for his depth of knowledge, passion for his work, and genuinely friendly manner. He thinks systemically, which makes a huge difference. Rather than just treating the painful area, he looks at posture, movement patterns, lifestyle, and how different muscle groups interact, which is often where the real issue lies. As someone with a science background, I really appreciate that Ilias takes the time to explain how and why his interventions work, without oversimplifying or talking down to me. He also uses up-to-date technology to support the treatment and tracks relevant data to show progress over time. Overall, I’m very happy with his approach, competence, and professionalism, and I would recommend Ilias without hesitation.

From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I am looking forward to enjoying the results for (I hope) many years to come. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

Mr Annie was extremely pleasant to deal with, throughly explained the procedure and possible outcomes. Clinics were always on time, and admission to hospital was quick following the pre op assessment. Excellent pre op advice and information (including the input from the whole theatre team). Post operative advice was thorough and good follow up the morning after surgery leading up to my discharge. Post operative clinic appointment 7 weeks following operation was useful.

Stellar experience with Dr Harris surrounding various investigations to rule out bowel cancer. Dr Harris is patient and analytical in presenting next steps. He also helped coordinate an MRI scan quickly when time was of the essence. I’m most impressed by the clarity of his analysis throughout the process. On a previous occasion, I had also had a colonoscopy with Dr Harris and appreciated how smooth and calm the procedure was. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

I was rescheduled due to an emergency to two hours later but then had to wait until 14:30 for the actual procedure, so a long day without food. But I must say everyone was very nice and friendly and made the delay bearable. Thank you Sorry can’t remember the name of the anaesthetist, he was very kind and reassuring before and after the procedure.

. It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.
