Thanks to Mr. Alibhai, I am now free from the discomfort of the plunging ranula. I am grateful for the care and kindness shown to me throughout this period. I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

We met the excellent Mr Arthur Dalton who has known me since 2023 when he led the outstanding NHS team (which included the ICU nurses) that saved my life after a brain subarahcnoid haemorrhage and, again, in 2024, when my aneurysm needed recoiling and a flow diverting stent was also inserted . This time we sought his opinion to help us decide between two treatments for a brain meningioma, after two previous consultations at another private hospital had created confusion and anxiety,. As always, with impeccable professionalism and a warm approach, he explained the pros and cons of each procedure in relation to my particular case, allowing us to finally make the decision that suited us best. Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

My experience I would rate as excellent overall, from the initial consultation thru the post surgery review I had yesterday. Mr Patel was great in explaining all aspects of the procedure and making me feel at ease. I am very happy with the result particularly from the improvement in eye comfort post surgery, my eyes immediately felt much lighter and less gritty and uncomfortable. From a cosmetic point of view my eyes already look much improved and I have the crease back in my eyelids. Looking forward to even more improvement once the residual swelling goes down.
