You have such regard for the patient not only showing a greater depth of care and empathy and is testimant of your character in practice. You take your time and listen to your patients, there is no rushing along and missing details. You work with your patients to create a plan that fixes their ailments and best suits their lives. The way you explain things is both informative and reassuring. You are a surgeon who sees patients for who they are; not just another number on the surgeons list. Your bedside manner and inter-personal skills is up and beyond the colleges and peers you work amongst, and it truly makes you stand out. You even handled complaints amongst your team with due diligence, respect and courteously...wanting to know where and how you could improve your service for the next patients to come. One of the most adaptable, and fore-sightedly thinking surgeons not only within the modern realms, but in within the next generation to come. Keep up the good work sir. Truly an assest in the medicinal world; and for anyone as lucky to have Dr. Qutayba Almerie as a surgeon- you most definitely are in safe hands!

I had laparoscopy surgery in July 2025 to remove endometriosis and to investigate other pain I had been experiencing. Over the years (through multiple surgeries and over 10 years in the healthcare system) I have often felt ignored and dismissed. Since the operation, I haven’t simply been discharged… instead, I’ve had regular check-ins to ensure my recovery is on track and that the next steps are clear.

Excellent ENT Specialist – Highly Recommend! I recently saw Dr Raghav Dwivedi for an earache, hearing issues, and Eustachian tube problems, and I’m very pleased with the care I received. The doctor is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He’s very easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt fully informed about my condition, and he explained everything clearly and in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. He ordered the necessary tests, and when discussing the results, he made sure I understood everything without feeling rushed. His caring and respectful attitude really stood out to me. Dr Alwan is a very polite, kind and knowledgeable Doctor. He is extremely thorough and really listens and asks many questions to try and best understand. I didnt feel like an ''appointment'. I also liked that he discussed with me the possible reasons and next steps as I do like to be fully informed and he took the time to do so. He also knows his field and made an accurate judgement on the issue which was indeed confirmed with the swab taken. I also had some side effects and he called within the hour of his secretary passing this over. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

My appointment with Mr Iftikhar today was very satisfactory. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time which is very acceptable as I understand that previous opponents can overrun. Mr Iftikhar introduced his medical student, Erin, and explained why she was there. The feedback from Mr Iftikhar was fairly brief as he confirmed that my condition was good and stable. He confirmed that a routine US scan would be booked for January next year. Erin then carried out an examination of my abdomen. Throughout my appointment I was treated with care and respect.

Paul Jolly and his team at the Ruislip Hearing Centre (ruislipearcare.co.uk) provide an excellent service. They are kind, considerate, respectful and very professional. I had used the Hearing Centre at varying times for earwax microsuction, but then decided to have them supply and fit my new Hearing Aids. I have been very impressed with the Danish brand 'Resend' and the phone app is a dream to use. Aftercare is also important and six monthly appointments for check ups and updates, when required, is a big bonus. It pays to go local. Highly recommended. N.B.

I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Ali, who answered every question I had with the expertise I expected. He provided a detailed breakdown of the type of kidney stones I had, their size, how and why kidney stones form, and also reviewed my lifestyle and diet. He arranged a 24-hour urine test and blood test, making it by far one of the most thorough consultations I’ve ever had for any health issue. I left the consultation reassured, knowing that I can still enjoy food (I’m a foodie) without constantly worrying about the pain of kidney stones.

The nurse who did the pre visit assessment was amazing. She was very friendly & put me at ease and explained exactly what was happening. I was sent an easy to read comprehensive report of my results prior to seeing the doctor which was great as I could go prepared with my questions. Again, he was very friendly & put me at ease, also carried out further tests, explained my results and advised accordingly. I really really recommend anyone thinking of seeking medical advise to use them.

My last carpal tunnel surgery was a total success and today’s visit consisted of a checkup and appt for carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand, which I have no doubt will be equally successful. No problems at all. Everything was explained fully, and respectfully. All questions answered and options fully explained, with a clear rationale for each. The only issue I had was nothing to do with Dr Petzer or the Cardiac team. It was to do with the CAT scan. Immediately after having the CAT scan, I was sat waiting and appeared to have been forgotten about for 40 mins, until the duty doctor walked past and noticed me.
