I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. This makes a huge difference finding the right level of support. You need to feel in a safe environment where you can open up as well as feel empowered - that's what you will find at Living Mind. I was very pleased to find out about this clinic and have it so local to me, I found out through a Raynaud's Facebook group. I was able to self refer. I am an NHS nurse with experience in vascular and tissue viability but felt like I still had some questions as I had gone through an acute episode last weather resulting in requiring interventions. I felt I had some questions that wasn't really getting explained to me from my rheumatologist and also the tests were not available on my nhs appointments/trust, so it helped give me a picture of how severe my Raynaud's was and advice for next steps. I have both Raynaud's and Sjogren's. I found both Louise and Dr Howell very knowledgeable and thorough, they took time to listen and explain. I felt supported throughout the appointment. I left much more informed and reassured. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with Raynaud's.

I recently had surgery at Spire Leicester Hospital. The medical staff were amazing, friendly, informative and they really helped put me at ease throughout my stay. However, the administrative side needs be improved, as it took several weeks of chasing before I finally received my booking confirmation. Additionally, after my large open inguinal hernia operation, I was discharged without being offered a wheelchair and had to walk down from the second floor to leave the hospital, which was difficult so soon after surgery. Overall, excellent clinical care, but room for improvement in administration and patient support on discharge.

I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ajai Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

I found the admin staff very friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and the two people who assessed me were also very friendly and did their utmost to make me feel comfortable and reassure me. The report is clear and thorough - the only thing is that it took 3-4 weeks longer to arrive than the original estimated time and while I understand that the team is very busy I would have really appreciated a note to say that there would be a delay and roughly how long it might be.

I had a very good experience, the staff were polite and welcoming.. The imaging receptionist was very efficient, she prepared the requested copy of my MRI disc and sent it to me to the 3rd floor.. My consultant Mr Ulbricht is excellent in every way. He listened to my questions and answered them patiently , he explained my MRI results clearly to me without rushing me. He is very kind and caring. I am really grateful to him for his outstanding care.

From the very beginning he has helped my eyes so much and even saved me from having a cornea transplant with his treatment on my badly scarred left eye. He always gives my eyes a thorough examination as he did this time and l am always so reassured to hear what he has to say. I trust him implicitly and this time my tests showed my eyes had improved, all down to his treatment.

Came in for full health check. Appointment was on time. Staff very friendly. O was offered a hot drink before I sat down. Staff asked if I minded using AI technology to record my consultation. Process was explained to me. I asked if I could be tested for allergy. The Staff found out for me and, for extra charge, arranged for further bloods to be tested for allergy. Check was completed in good time.
