What an amazing 28 days! I have loved the therapies, group sessions and trying all the different things on offer (yoga, somatic breathing, equine therapy, reiki, music and creativity etc). The staff are without exception fantastic, the facilities modern and purpose-built, the rooms luxurious, the food healthy and so tasty. There is an inclusiveness and non-judgemental kindness about Delamere that makes the whole experience incredible. The focus is not just on the substance or behaviour at issue, but equally on the underlying reasons, making the approach more holistic and based in neuroscience. Highly recommended!

Having been told by a separate doctor in an early measurement scan of my first pregnancy that I had some anomalies and issues to keep a close eye on, my doctor referred me to Dr.To for my measurement scans. Dr.To was unbelievably reassuring and I could tell how focussed she was on my individual situation in every moment of our scans. She was so attentive and explained everything as she went. I don’t know what I would have done without seeing her! She made both me and my partner walk out of every appointment excited and informed. I cannot recommend Dr.To enough, nor thank her enough for everything!

I received excellent care, support and compassion from the staff at the Imaging Department. The nurses were equally attentive to detail, supportive and compassionate. My private room at The Princess Grace Hospital was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was at all times surrounded by excellent medical professionals / nurses who would tend to my every medical need and beyond. The food menu has a variety of options and easy to mistake it for a 5 star restaurant! The location of the hospital makes it incredibly easy to find, locate and access.

General care is good . Rooms are basic but satisfactory . Staff are friendly and helpful. Relative reports meals are good. Communication is sometimes difficult with staff and need to chase up for health info and any updates. Sometimes find relative unclean and in dirty clothes which I have to report to staff. The regular permanent staff are very engaging with residents and family. Permanency of staff also provides consistency for dementia residents. In general care is good and good value for money as no additional top up fees.

Very happy with the consultation. The Doctor was welcoming, informal but informative. The prescription that he issued for a cream was not available in my local pharmacy and the pharmacist said that it was hard to get from his supplier. He suggested an alternative which I hope works. I'm going to Grand Canaria on 18 May and would like to be rid of this infection by then. With hindsight tablets may have been the better option but I failed to mention my holiday to the Doctor so this is down to me!

I was very impressed with the Nurse Emma and the lady that greeted us on arrival (sorry didn’t catch her name). We booked the appointment at short notice the evening before and had try to call after the clinic has closed. I was called first thing to make sure as a missed call from my number was logged. The lady I spoke to confirmed the appointment and reassured me that the ECG could be completed. Great service would definitely use again and recommend their services in future.

Delighted with result of my TKR. Although really painful to begin with getting better daily. Mr Malek did an excellent job and explained everything easily for me to understand. I found him to be a very nice gentleman and my experience of the West Midlands Hospital was excellent. It's important to do the exercises as instructed as the expression ' no pain no gain' applies. Am already considering having a right knee replacement.

Lovely profossional clinic. I had asked for x 1 vial of treatment of sculptra which is no longer offered but x2 of a similar product was administered. The second treatment was used on areas i do not usually have treated. It will be a few months before I will be able to see if these area shows any significant benifit. However, would have preferred to have been asked about the additional vial first as I had not budgeted for it.

I appreciated the care and time that he took to go through things and moreover that he listened to me and answered my queries. A set of blood test results don't mean a lot to me without some explanation and I felt that I received unvaluable context from Dr Archbold and a clear plan about the way forward.
