As a physicist, I interact with people who are very capable, and I could tell immediately from the way in which Mr Veysi was able to quickly diagnose my issue that he is very intelligent and perceptive. He is also a good and sensitive person who clearly cares about the well being of his patients and obtaining the best possible outcome for them. He is reassuring and calming, possesses a gentle humour, and provides precisely the correct advice when one is a bit uncertain about how quickly to make various movements following surgery. I experienced no pain following surgery and during recovery, and the hip on which Mr Veysi operated now functions as well as it did when I was in my prime, which is a testament to his surgical skill. Inspection of the post-operation X-rays and X-rays taken a year later confirms what excellent work he did.

Asked to be 15 mins early for scan, but then not called until 30 mins or so after time of appointment without any prior indication of running late (perhaps because it was at 6pm ). Head scanner was still busy so junior radiologer kindly chatted to me for 15 mins after I'd changed to kill time. Having been told it would take 15 mins, scan took about 45 mins and team forgot to talk to me or put music on despite me saying I was a bit claustrophic (but can get by ok). Then at 8pm, no doubt in rush to scan next person, they didn't remove cannula so i wandered around to find another staff member to do that who happily obliged. Not a major problem but not up to Cleveland usual standards. Staff were all very friendly though, but perhaps clinic shouldn't book in patients at end of day if they can't really handle them properly.

Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well.

The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented
