You have such regard for the patient not only showing a greater depth of care and empathy and is testimant of your character in practice. You take your time and listen to your patients, there is no rushing along and missing details. You work with your patients to create a plan that fixes their ailments and best suits their lives. The way you explain things is both informative and reassuring. You are a surgeon who sees patients for who they are; not just another number on the surgeons list. Your bedside manner and inter-personal skills is up and beyond the colleges and peers you work amongst, and it truly makes you stand out. You even handled complaints amongst your team with due diligence, respect and courteously...wanting to know where and how you could improve your service for the next patients to come. One of the most adaptable, and fore-sightedly thinking surgeons not only within the modern realms, but in within the next generation to come. Keep up the good work sir. Truly an assest in the medicinal world; and for anyone as lucky to have Dr. Qutayba Almerie as a surgeon- you most definitely are in safe hands!

Last year I had the cataract in my right eye removed in Moorfields Private Eye Clinic. The consultant, Mr Vincenzo Maurino, was calm, professional and very kind. He immediately put me at ease. I felt strongly I could place complete trust in his care. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was handled with such skill and reassurance. A few months ago, when my optician told me that I needed the cataract removed in my left eye, I didn’t have any hesitation and booked an appointment with Mr Maurino at Moorfields. Once again, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Everyone on the staff was so good and helpful. The nurses were very kind, efficient and thoughtful. They even offered tea and biscuits afterwards (perhaps the best biscuits I’ve ever had)! Very soon after the surgery, my vision has improved so much that the world has become clearer. I am very grateful for the wonderful treatment I received.

Let me assure you this is the doctor you want to put you at ease, his level of professionalism and more Importantly his ability to relate to you and make you comfortable are second to none. He listens attentively and offers explanations to guide you through your journey. Whilst carrying out the proceedure he ensured that I was fully aware of what was going to happen and kept things light hearted. Post op - great follow up, with clear and concise explanations, welcoming questions. There is an element of familiarity when the doctor approaches you, he finds the ability to relate, which is great, a Doctor that actually talks to you rather than at you! Lastly his secretary always kept in touch regularly , super friendly and always there when you need her. GREAT!

Dr Bader is an extremely talented surgeon, he has completely transformed my body & life with brilliant results! Wonderfully attentive, supportive & approachable. I cannot fault a single part of my experience. The recovery from my labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction & perineoplasty was amazingly comfortable. Only sore first few days & that was well managed with pain management. I then returned for vaginal fillers 2 months later. The staff at the clinic, all equally wonderful & welcoming ! Truly a fantastic clinic & I can say this confidently as have previously been to others in Harley Street . Throughly recommended.

Dr Evans came highly recommended when doing research on finding a practice for a private ADHD assessment for our 9 year old. After a very long wait on a waiting list with the NHS that was going no where, Dr Evans has given us the light at the end of a very long tunnel and I will be forever thankful for finding her. Our new chapter is only just beginning and Dr Evans has explained in detail next steps and will continue to be part of this process until eventually the NHS take over.

We were so impressed with the hospital. It was modern, clean, and we were welcomed so warmly by a nurse called Helen who somehow knew who we were and offered us a hot drink and clearly explained how the process of the appointment and procedure would look like. We were then taken to the room where Dr Shah and a second nurse called Yvonne welcomed us and Dr Shah explained clearly the assessment, the procedure, and dealt with us and and our newborn son with care and attention. The aftercare was also wonderful and we were given time and space to ensure our son had recovered before we left. Cannot recommend One Hospital and Dr Shah enough.

I have been very disappointed from the overall experience. I schedulled appointment with neurorologist Dr Bhattacharjee. The follow up appointment was very hard to scedule. His assistant told me that he would be available in 4 weeks for a follow up call without giving me specific appointment. She refused to see him earlier while I was stressed to receive feedback from MRI. She had been very confusing and nor professional and accurate in communication. I asked to download the images which have been very cimplicated . they are in a difficult format not supported by every computer and ofcourse not easy to send them to third parties.

I have had 3 procedures with Ms. Zweifel, the latest of which was in Theatre via local anaesthetic. Ms. Zweifel & all her Theatre team were very professional & the atmosphere in Theatre was very calm, which was very reassuring. At every stage of the procedure I was told by Ms. Zweifel what was happening, & everyone in Theatre was very kind, which helped so much as a procedure in Theatre under local anaesthetic can be very daunting. Ms. Zweifel is very professional, calm & she an excellent 'bedside manor', which I feel is so very important, I would thoroughly recommend Ms. Zweifel.

Dr Farrah's team were amazing from start to finish with helping me to schedule my appointments and with helping me with my insurance company queries. Dr Farrah is wonderful, she listened to me and all the issues and pain I was having due to my osteoarthritis in my hip, made me feel like I wasn't being silly and over reacting with the pain I was in. Both procedures were done in no time at all and I am finally pain free after being pain for 3 years and on numerous painkillers and physio appointments ! Thank you Dr Farrah and your amazing team.

Hospital attendance was simple and easy to register, X-ray on attendance (Unexpected) within minutes of arriving and sent to Mr Wilson minutes after where he called me in and showed me x-rays probably all within 10 minutes of having x-ray taken - very impressive. Met Mr Wilson for the first time although I checked his CV prior to attending. Thought he was younger then I expected but was caring, empathetic, professional and articulate reaching sound views on my condition. Just hoping he is as good as my experience with Mr Robin Turner.

I attended the Centre to have a procedure to remove a cataract. The staff were so friendly and efficient,I was immediately put at ease. The procedure was carried out and I was taken to the recovery room to have a cup of tea ,followed by an explanation of use of eye drops. The receptionist also contacted my nephew who was coming to collect me. I had a follow-up call the next day. Thank you to everyone who looked after me.

I can honestly say I was petrified to have an endometrial biopsy - I had a sedative from my GP and a cervical numbing gel provided by TMC on the day alongside my own pain killers . My fear was so not needed ! As soon as I arrived Natasha and her assistant were both so friendly compassionate and caring - I really felt heard and looked after .
