Dr. Amber’s manner is non-threatening and positive, and she consistently provides explanations at an age-appropriate level. The consultation felt therapeutic and helped my son better understand his strengths and the reasons behind some of his challenges.

My whole patient experience was above and beyond. The staff were professional and showed compassion and love for their job. I’d like to say a special thank you to the nurse, Kate. From the moment she walked into her shift she was there for me. She couldn’t do enough and helped me get through my nerves. Please make sure she sees this review and I hope the manager at Fitzrovia is very proud of the staff there. Mr Fazel was an amazing surgeon who I wish I met 10yrs ago. He is calm, methodical and modest, I would certainly return to him if I want more procedures. The anaesthetist was confident and supplied me with beautiful drugs-what more can a girl want. Dr Minas is an excellent and exceptionally knowledgeable professional. He is able to combine a very compassionate bedside manner with this expert knowledge. You can tell he thinks deeply about patient questions and takes great to ensure the patient is helped as much as possible to navigate complexity. I didn't end up undergoing treatment with him laparoscopically, as my issue requires a different approach, but I would have been very confident had I needed to do so. He also took multiple times to call me between appointments where I had questions which was so greatly appreciated, and really helped calm my nerves. I’m really pleased with my experience at the clinic. I’ve had two sessions for thread vein removal and the results and service have been fantastic. The staff were friendly, informative and made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed and really felt listened to, cared for and in safe hands throughout the whole process. As a regular visitor I am made welcome by staff, who are always helpful, albeit stretched in their work. Some days more stretched than others. I am content that my wife received good care although, I always want more, which I know is not possible within resource constraints. It is a heartbreaking place for may but the staff present a cheerful demeanor and seem to have time for all residents.
