Dr. Touqmatchi recently delivered our 3rd baby, our 2nd delivery with her. She is amazing! She is immensely knowledgeable and overall such a genuine and caring person. She has been there for our family and has cared for me during 2 of the happiest times, the birth of 2 babies she delivered via c-section (sterilization as well during my last delivery), and 1 of the saddest times, a scar ectopic pregnancy for which she performed a D&C. During every step of care Dr. Touqmatchi has been reassuring and comforting, and has helped us to make informed decisions while allowing me to make decisions about my own care. I will continue to see Dr. Touqmatchi for routine gynecological care.

Consultant Review – Mr Chris O’Neill I attended a follow-up appointment with Mr Chris O’Neill at the Belfast Private Hospital following my recent hip surgery and was extremely pleased with the care I received. The consultation was thorough and reassuring. Mr O’Neill carefully examined my wound, assessed my leg movement, listened to my concerns, and clearly explained my progress and expected recovery timeline. I felt well informed and reassured that my recovery is progressing as it should. Mr O’Neill’s professionalism, kindness and calm manner were outstanding. I left the appointment feeling confident, supported and very grateful for the excellent care provided.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but recently I was suffering from toothache so really had to put my big girl pants on and book an appointment with one. I was recommended Dentalia by a friend so gave them a call. From the first call to book an appointment to actually receiving the treatment was first class. They were all so friendly, kind and patient with me, and put me at ease. I have actually booked an appointment to go back for a proper checkup which believe me I didn’t think I would ever do. I would highly recommend Dentalia, so give them a call if you have phobia like me.

Mr Oliver did a total knee replacement on my right knee twelve years ago at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. I knew, without a doubt, that I would like him to perform the same operation on my left knee. As before Mr Oliver was very easy to relate and talk to about my knee and any problems that may arise. As before he was friendly, whilst remaining professional, as were all his team. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and comprehend. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone having this operation.

I made an online appointment to see Dr Lach which was a very easy process. Dr Lach was very professional and listened to my concerns. My daughter had her tonsils removed here last week. The whole experience was amazing. The room that she was brought too was lovely and so clean . The staff were all so nice and put her at ease . She wasn’t scared at all and didn’t want to leave when it was time to go . I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the catering staff, nurses , anaesthetist and Dr Greg McBride himself , I couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch of people to care for my daughter.

Super diligent, very thorough, explains everything clearly and in away that is easy for anyone to understand . I only wish more doctors were like him ! Easy booking and what I felt were good time slots available. Considering the time the doctor spent on me against the rushed atmosphere of NHS GP services, I felt I got good value for money and a more thorough service. I will use Private GP Extra again if this current issue continues or if I/one of my family have a complex issue that I don't believe the NHS have the time/skill to handle in a standard GP setting.

My daughter recently had sinus surgery after struggling for years with infections and congestion. It was a scary decision for her (first time having surgery which was not without its risks) but Mr Van Wyk was amazing all round..patient, kind, explained everything very clearly and reassured us at the same time. Post surgery we could even call him at home if we needed help or were worried about anything.

The hospital provided a very positive experience overall. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made everything run smoothly from arrival. The free tea and coffee facility was a lovely touch — the coffee was great. Seemed like he'd had a long day and it was a box ticking exercise. What another patient is to a doctor is more likely someone who may not be able to work because of injuries. Even a small amount of treating each patient as the first of the day would go a long way. Give 100% or you've been in the job for too long and it's time to diversify. Finally, never shake a man's hand sat down.
