I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

Well after a very long period of months waiting for a appointment, which was a utterly waste of my time and NHS funded appointment. It comes down to MSK CIRCLE NOT KNOWNING THE FACTS, if you have ever had a DENERVEATION, once in your life in this Borough, you can't have it again, BUT YOU CAN IN OTHER BOROUGHS, So my condtion is now down to, myself raising the funds of approx £4000 what a disgrace, and all I need is one op to carry on working, so publish if you want?? But I doubt it coz your end don't like the truth

We paid £240 to the consultant and gained no extra knowledge or benefit. She basically couldn’t help because she said I needed fertility and not recurrent miscarriage. She said there was a fertility consultant there I should have booked with. Then why not offer to not charge me and book me with right person? Isn’t that what healthcare should be about rather than about taking my money? There is no triage service in place to make sure I got the right appointment. I feel robbed at a time where I am vulnerable.

All the staff at the Spire Hospital were helpful & nothing was too much trouble so that I felt listened to in terms of my needs & any fears I had. I felt reassured that I was in excellent hands when it came to pain relief particularly immediately post op & was encouraged to get out of bed as soon as I was able. The food was enjoyable & there was a good variety which certainly helped my recovery & my room was light & very clean.

Friendly welcoming receptionist. Mr Almeyda was very approachable and I felt listened to. He was very professional and took time to explain each procedure . I was very impressed as he noticed a small mark on my nose and has referred me to a dermatologist as he thinks it may be a basal skin carcinoma . He suggested I return if my symptoms worsen again . Thank you Mr Almeyda .

I had experienced a difficult delivery and spent a day in the High Dependency Unit before moving up to the Stanley Clayton Ward where the midwife team were absolutely incredible! All members of the team were incredibly attentive and supportive when needing advise on breastfeeding and changing, as well as offering round the clock medical care for both mum and baby.

A first-class experience at Nuffield Brighton. I had a total knee replacement here and found every member of staff—from the cleaners and catering team to the theatre nurses—to be professional and genuinely caring. The facilities are top-notch, parking is easy, and the clinical care is outstanding. I felt safe and well-looked after throughout my stay.

Met Dr Alice who immediately felt 'and relax'! Instant reassuring and lovely energy. Thoroughly talked through blood results. No rushing. We had time and I felt more me walking out of the practice than I had for weeks for speaking to someone who listened and clearly understands what we all go through with our hormones.

The care at Kims is more akin to a 'family doctor' which we were lucky enough to have in our youth where you are treated as an individual person rather than a statistic.
