My visit was entirely satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and they seem to meet a lot of them. I was getting informed about what was going to happen to me at all times. The menu was amazing and the whole place seem to be extremely efficiently run My only comment of an adverse nature would be that having been shown to a room on my arrival where my wife carefully unpacked all my belongings she she know sooner had left Than. I had to pack them all up again because I was being transferred to another room and then when I came out of the operating theatre before I went home, I had to wait three hours before I managed to get my belongings back again no book to read or iPad slightly frustrating but that was the only hiccup on an excellent visit.

Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

I contacted Dr Nikki after being told a n NHS gynaecologist appointment wait was 64 weeks. It was super easy to make an appointment, find out costs and provide information prior to being seen. It was so nice to be able to spend time with Dr Nikki explaining my issues and actually being listened to. Options were discussed fully, blood tests taken immediately, prescriptions issued and delivered the next day. My follow up was arranged promptly, test results discussed and options openly discussed again. Dr Nikki and the services she offers are so needed for women today.

My son had been complaining of intermittent knee pain for several months. Following a recommendation from our physiotherapist, we arranged an appointment with Mr Sobti. He organised an MRI promptly, which allowed him to diagnose my son accurately, and crutches were arranged immediately. Mr Sobti has been outstanding throughout – professional, thorough, and entirely focused on my son’s recovery. He never recommends unnecessary appointments, unlike some consultants. His priority is clearly his patients and their wellbeing, not his bank balance!

Every stage of my procedure for my cataract operations (both eyes a week apart) went like 'a dream' from the excellent initial Consultation with Professor Luff, to the 2 excellently/professionally executed outpatient operations he and his excellent team carried out, to the excellent aftercare and not to mention the miraculous results!. If anyone (like me!) is petrified of such procedures I would highly recommend Professor Luff and his Sapphire Team.

The 12-month or so wait time was out of Ravi’s hands and in fact the timing of the procedure worked well for me in the end due to it being right before the Christmas holidays. Everyone at Spire Wellesley was fab, even if my discharge at the end of the day took longer than expected it wasn’t a problem and I was really pleased with all the care and professionalism provided by everyone. Overall I am satisfied with the service but I don't always feel like my consultant is as prepared for the consultation as he should be given how much it costs. I would expect him to have familiarised himself with my notes and previous conversations that we have had about treatment options. I find that I sometimes have to go over the same ground that we have discussed before.
