I was an international patient of Dr. Panicos, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our very first consultation to my final check-up before I left London, he was always professional, caring, and reassuring. He was incredibly responsive: you could text or email him and he'd usually get back to you within a few hours at most. He even helped me plan my move to London and recommended excellent at-home midwife services, which made the first month after delivery so much easier. After I developed high blood pressure, he also put me in touch with a separate team of doctors who managed my care. Knowing he had coordinated everything gave me a lot of confidence during this stressful time. My dad accompanied me to the hospital but doesn't speak English, and even he said Dr. Panicos came across as a genuinely kind and sincere person. He was absolutely right. I'm very grateful for the care and support I received and would recommend Dr. Panicos without hesitation.

Examination and removal of both basal cell carcinomas were on the same day and entirely painless. Throughout the process everything was clearly explained as were follow-up requirements. At due time both sets of sutures were removed at my local GP surgery by the Practice Nurse who expressed surprise at their neatness and the absence of scarring. I received a copy of the Histology Report confirming complete excision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Zaheri and the friendly and helpful staff at The Harley Street Clinic

I left feeling confident and very reassured. The surgery at New Hall Hospital was timely and with no obvious complications. I have subsequently made a full recovery from the procedure but will continue to be monitored by Mr Johnston, now as a NHS patient at Salisbury Hospital. I have been very happy with the treatment and care he provided.

One thing I feel would have made things better on the day of my surgery is when being admitted I was obviously nervous regarding my surgery & would have felt more at ease if my husband could have stayed with me until I was ready to go to theatre. I was left in a small room on my own until theatre was ready for me. This caused a lot of anxiety which could have been avoided. I’ve had other procedures done in other private hospitals & my husband has been permitted to stay, which I feel puts the patient at ease.

Only thing to raise was after seeing Dr Ridgewell I had to wait from 12pm to 1.30pm for an appointment to take bloods. The receptionist advised I could stay at the waiting room or go off site, and come back for 1.30pm. I came back and waited to be told by the nurse that I should have checked back in, it wasn't made clear to me to do so, and as a result delayed the waiting time. Apart from this every member of staff I spoke with went out of their way to help and were so polite, credit to your team

There was a slight wait to check in because there was only one receptionist on duty at the time and there were a few people in front of me; however, she was very friendly and professional. I had a wisdom tooth extraction. The lady on reception was very friendly. The practise is very clean and tidy. I didn’t wait for long before being called in for my extraction. The dentist and dental nurse explained the procedure and listened to my fears and accommodated my calming measures. After care was explained throughly .
