Mr Jain was very polite and friendly but professional at the same time. I had an initial consultation with him to discuss the issue I was having with my arm. He listened and understood. We both worked on a plan to resolve the issue with my arm which initially were did a conservative approach and then after about 6 weeks and 3 visits we both agreed that surgery was required. I booked into have the surgery done and after the surgery Mr Jain explained that it was worse than the MRI but he was able to repair it and the operation was a complete success. I have had both physio and follow up appointments with Mr Jain and he has done an amazing job repairing my arm. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends should they ever need to have surgery. I have one last appointment booked for 6 weeks from now to check how my physiotherapy has gone and to sign me off and discharge me fully. I know that if I had any issues that I could always return to him instead future.

I recently attended a Preconception Appointment with Mr. Adam Jakes at the clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Gemma at reception and Mashal kindly assisted with my pre-appointment obs. The clinic itself is immaculate, modern, and beautifully presented. During the consultation, Dr Adam took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and discuss plans for baby number two. We spoke in detail about my Type 1 diabetes, its potential impact on a future pregnancy, and strategies to optimise blood sugar control beforehand. The appointment never felt rushed; Dr Adam provided clear guidance and even highlighted the progress I’ve made, which was a reassuring confidence boost. I would highly recommend Dr Adam, especially for anyone managing a medical condition. The experience was seamless, and I received comprehensive follow-up notes within just a couple of days.

I cannot recommend Dr Vancheeswaran highly enough. She is an incredible doctor who put me at ease immediately during an incredibly stressful time. She is extremely professional but has the most calming, warm and reassuring way about her and made me feel that I was in the best possible hands with total support throughout. I have been under her care for 6 months and you could not ask for more from a doctor and the whole team she works with, from the surgeon she referred me to to her secretary they have all been beyond incredible,, supportive and just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. She is highly respected by everyone who knows her and it is easy to see why, she truly is amazing.

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

The receptionist and the nurse were lovely. However, the consultant made me feel like I wasn’t heard at all, I didn’t really get to talk about anything I wanted to talk about because every time I tried to I was cut off and told I would have to speak to someone else about that but I was confused as I was speaking about the issue I was there for. I also felt like I was penalised for my gp making a mistake and did feel very uncomfortable by the end of the consultation. Which made me quite sad as this is an issue I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years and I feel like I’m still getting no where with it.

I came for a complete tight hip replacement. Staff were all friendly and answered all my questions. Was taken t my room, unpacked got dressed as required. Put on my dressing gown and then read my book. Was taken into pre prep surgery, chatted to the anesthetist and other nurses. Was then moved into the surgery. Operation went well, I was kept up to date during the procedure. I was listening to music throughout. No pain at all, at the end met the surgeons and chatted with them. Went to the recoveryward for about and hour, chatted with the nurses and relaxed. Then taken back to my room and relaxed.

Dr White was very polite and understanding of my diagnosis but not to have provided a prescription and send me off knowing how much a tube of the ointment was at £26 each I was not in a position to pay £78 for 3 tubes to treat me and my husband. I have had to wait a further 3 days feeling horribly un clean after the diagnosis and continue suffering. I’m still waiting for the cream to arrive via the post.

I saw Mr Perry twice, once following a blood test and once after an Ultrasound scan. He was very professional, clear and concise in his explanations which gave me confidence.
