Overall it went well. Manon has a very good communication, fast, clear and efficient. But when she was away, there were issues... These were the problems we've faced when she was away. On our first attempt, we got the results in 3 steps : - email with no attachment - then attachment without password - then we finally could see the result When you're awaiting the result badly, that really gets on your nerves! Then the biggest issue : on our second attempt, we didn't get an email telling us if we should start the triggering drug. We had to do researches ourselves, and gambling if we should to take it or not. We decided to take it, and we were right. To learn on the next day thatt Manon's substitute wrote the email, but did no send it; it was still draft. Great, almost a full cycle lost, with the expenses going with it!!! You definitely need more employees like Manon.

Simply one of the best experiences with regards to a consultation that I have had over the years. Catherine is a great listener and allowed me to express all the concerns that I had regarding my injury without interruption. She didn't rush to a quick conclusion and I felt that she was there just for me despite the fact that she has many patients to deal with at any given time. Her attention to detail and in particular the bits that often in the course of a consultation can go unnoticed is exceptional and to be applauded. I had my just under 3 year old toddler meet Dr Devereux last week at the end of my tether, as I was not getting the answers from other health care avenues with regards to my daughter's gradual deteriorating health. Dr Devereaux went above and beyond to carry out an extensive assessment and came to the conclusion my daughter needed to go A&E. The professionalism, care and empathy I witnessed was beyond par, and it was thanks to the time and patience of the Dr, we were able to save my daughter from an existing brain tumour (unbeknown to us) from taking over. We are forever grateful to Dr Devereux and highly recommend this Dr to all.

I had a hip replacement 10 weeks ago. This was carried out at The Yorkshire Clinic by Dr Brew. The whole process was super smooth and the treatment was excellent. I have recovered superbly and the new hip is amazing, it’s almost like it never happened . Anyone that is anxious about having this done then please don’t be as apart from a few weeks of discomfort the outcome is totally worth it . My other hip will or need doing in a few years and I can say without hesitation I would have this done in a heartbeat
