I cannot recommend Dr Adam Frampton highly enough. I found him through Bupa after looking for some of the best-reviewed hernia surgeons, and he certainly did not disappoint. From the outset, Dr Frampton was incredibly informative, helpful and responsive. He was able to see me quickly and, within just two weeks of the hernia being identified on my scan, the surgery had been completed. Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent and I always felt well informed and reassured. What particularly stood out was how willing Dr Frampton was to go above and beyond. He helped me complete an insurance form for an ultramarathon I had to miss because of the surgery, and he personally called me the day after the operation to check how I was recovering. These extra touches made a real difference and showed how much he genuinely cares about his patients. The surgery itself went extremely well. The repair is very tidy, I was up and walking the following day and, after following the appropriate recovery advice, I was able to return to running after just four weeks. I am extremely pleased with the result. I was also very impressed with Cromwell Hospital. Everything on the day was calm and well organised, and I felt remarkably stress-free going into surgery. Having a suite room made my stay particularly comfortable and the overall standard of care was excellent. Dr Frampton did a fantastic job from start to finish. His expertise, communication and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. If I were recommending a surgeon to someone needing an inguinal hernia repair, I would tell them to put Dr Adam Frampton at the very top of their list.

Katie supported me through what was probably one of the toughest periods of my life. After three years of infertility, a year of IVF, and multiple miscarriages, we were going into our final round of NHS-funded treatment and truly throwing everything we had into it. At a time when I was carrying so much anxiety and uncertainty, Katie helped me find a sense of peace, calm and connection with my body again. She is incredibly knowledgeable about fertility and IVF, but what makes her so special is the genuine compassion and understanding she brings to every appointment. She is someone you can truly talk to — someone who *gets it* and understands just how emotionally and physically overwhelming the journey can be. Katie takes the time to really listen and tailors every treatment to what your body needs at that particular moment. I always felt heard, supported and completely cared for. We are now, hopefully, soon welcoming our baby boy, and I will always be incredibly grateful to Katie for the support she gave me during such an important and difficult chapter of our lives - and I’m continuing to see her throughout my pregnancy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Katie to anyone going through fertility challenges, IVF, or simply looking for someone to help them feel more grounded, peaceful and connected with their body. She is truly wonderful.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I had an epidural injection on the 28th of September at the Harley Street Specialist Clinic, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Hammond, Nico, Lee-an and all members of the team were fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely comfortable and looked after. Every possible accommodation was taken into consideration. Something I had been genuinely quite anxious about was handled with such professionalism, patience, and reassurance that I very quickly felt I was in safe hands. What really stood out to me was the human side of the experience. I arrived in a pretty difficult head space, in a lot of pain and understandably worried about what was going to happen. But by the time I left, I felt completely different. calmer, more positive and, importantly, like I finally had some hope and a way forward. And the results since the epidural have been fantastic. I can genuinely say I couldn’t be happier with how things have gone so far. Today I was with the hygienist and was anxious because no buses were arriving at my stop. Fortunately, I found out that you get ten minutes extra in such cases and luckily I made the appointment within that time slot. Unfortunately I did not like the new mouth wash/cleaner which was far too sweet and I panicked as I thought I was going to be sick. Since I avoid anything with artificial sweeteners, I was worried in case I might start wheezing. Since the biscuit and sweet manufacturers appear to put palm oil in all their products, I have stopped eating that kind of stuff as it is so bad for your health. As least the hygienist did appreciate that I couldn't handle the sweetness and stopped.

On my arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff in reception, I was pleasantly surprised when offered a drink of some sort. My doctor apologised he was running a little late due to shortage of staff however was not a problem for me. Because of my hearing difficulty the doctor made sure I could hear him clearly and that I understood how the biopsy procedure worked. I felt comfortable throughout the whole visit.

Have had one eye successfully treated and second eye now in process of healing. New Medica were recommended to me by my Optician and told me to avoid the NHS local hospital. I was told at New Medica that NHS would only fund one lens correction. I could have multifocal lens replacement by going as a private patient which is what I decided to do.

Due to family history I wanted a thorough investigation of my heart - Dr Moore was brilliant at explain what he wanted to do and then explaining the results of all the tests. I’d recommend seeing if you ever need a cardiologist. He simplified medical terminology and drew diagrams for ease of understanding.
