⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly outstanding doctor — I can’t thank him enough I want to say a special thank you to Fahim, who was my doctor during the appointment. He was truly outstanding. I don’t say that lightly. At my age, you get used to doctors talking fast, using big words, and handing you another tablet without really explaining anything. Fahim was the complete opposite. He spoke to me gently, clearly, and with such patience that I honestly felt myself relax for the first time in days. He went through my tablets slowly and explained how they all work together — I’ve never had that done for me before. Usually it’s one pill for this, one pill for that, and off you go. But he made it all make sense. It was like someone finally switched a light on. And the way he treated me… I felt respected. Seen. Not brushed off because of my age, not made to feel silly for not knowing things. He really cared, and you can tell when a doctor genuinely cares. I came away with more understanding, more confidence, and honestly more hope. He made a real difference to me that night, more than he probably realises. If I need help again, I’ll be asking for Fahim without hesitation. A wonderful doctor and a lovely human being.

I had my baby girl delivered by Dr Jess McMicking in October 2025. When I first met Jess I knew I wouldn’t be able to find anyone better for my pregnancy care and delivery. Her professionalism coupled with calm and personalised approach as well as real desire to understand my unique journey is what made my experience so smooth and worryless. She was always available to answer any of my questions or address any concerns giving me peace of mind. Even when we had to bring the delivery forward by 2 weeks because my baby slowed growing, I knew that I am in such great hands and that was so reassuring. I had an elective c-section and Jess carefully guided me through what to expect before, during and after the surgery again leaving no questions unanswered. On the day itself everything went just perfect. My quick wound healing and recovery is another testament to Jess’ amazing skills. My husband and I will be forever grateful to Jess for everything she has done for us and if we have another baby we will go straight back to her without hesitation.

Every time I come for an outpatient appt, the specialist is an hour behind time.. the secretary/receptionist should have called ahead of time to expect delays but they don’t!! They leave it till the time of the appt to mention the hefty delay!! Last time I had to leave as I could not wait out an hr delay! So complete waste of my time & money grrr! Something that could easily be rectified with better communication from the clinic!! Including the fact when I had an outpatient procedure, I had a 2.45hrs delay as there was a delay due to an emergency in the morning.. again no contact from the clinic informing me of this delay.. had I been informed earlier before arriving at my appt which was scheduled at 1pm, I didn’t not have the procedure till 3.45!! Had there been communication from your clinic informing me of the delay I would have left home later and not have left the dogs alone for 8hrs due to the clinics inability to keep patients informed of delays!! Grrr! Every single time due to lack of communication I’m left frustrated and angry!

The Joint Injection Clinic

A month ago I had the arthrosamid injection. I had never heard of it and initially I went online to find out how others were treating their oesteoarthritis. I found the Joint Clinic quite quickly and was amazed to read that this injection would last about 3 years rather than 3 months for the NHS cortisol injection. My knee was causing a lot of pain especially when the weather changed. I was unable to walk properly, I couldn't walk up or down stairs. My work involves walking and I really thought I would have to retire because of the pain. From day 2 of the injection, I was beginning to walk without as much pain, about 2 weeks later I wasn't limping or experiencing pain at all. It took about 3 weeks to be able to walk up and down stairs without pain. I no longer need anti inflammatory drugs (that was always hit or miss if they would work). I am very pleased with the outcome at the one month mark and I hope my knee pain is no more for years!

I recently visited for an up and coming procedure I have booked in for the 12th. Dr Agha was detailed and thorough during my F2F visit. He communicates well and listened to all my thoughts, he advises well-equally is as realistic with surgery and the results. The location itself on Harley Street is pristine all of the staff and friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very easy to find- I came from Euston. It was a straight forward journey for me coming from Shrewsbury. Considering I travelled alone, it was quite enjoyable. Really looking forward to my procedure, having waited around 7 years for it after having my little girl and not wanting to jump into having surgery while she was so young. My patient advisor has also been brilliant along the way, thank you Jenny.

Mr Simon Howard

I recently had my final appointment with Simon Howard following my recovery from a ruptured Achilles tendon. Sinon has been so motivated, passionate and driven in helping me return to competitive badminton. I couldn’t have wished for a better physiotherapist to get me through this injury, and the number of times simon has helped me through both physical and mentally tough spots in my recovery have been invaluable. Later on in my treatment I still had some issues with nervous “dead spots” around my surgical site, and I was very helpfully introduced to acupuncture, which I believe had a big physical and psychological impact in recovering sensation around my ankle and Achilles tendon. Thank you Simon!

Prof. Du Toit and his team were absolutely fantastic with our 19-month-old, who is usually very anxious in medical settings. She was also feeling unwell during the visit, which made their care and patience even more impressive. Prof. Du Toit demonstrated exceptional knowledge and quickly identified the issue. Everything was explained thoroughly, and we were given clear options for the next steps, which made us feel involved and reassured. I would highly recommend Prof. Du Toit and his team at the Allergy Center for their expertise and compassionate approach.

Mr Ahmed Magan

I was ever so grateful that Mr Magan was able to see me at such short notice last week. The initial consultation was carried out by phone which really helped me as I live remotely, and as soon as this was completed I was able to travel for an MRI very quickly. Mr Magan was able to see me later in the day in person and gave me much needed comfort, discussing my results and why it was felt no intervention was required at this stage. I am recovering well and have faith that if needed again in the future, Mr Magan will be able to assist. Thank you.

Diagnosis clearly and professionally explained. Tried medication first and then carried out the procedure as symptoms continued. Again, very clearly explained and I was well prepared and knew what to expect. Pre and post procedure care were also both excellent. Whilst too early to tell conclusively, the procedure went as planned with very little discomfort and symptoms have so far ceased. Not necessarily an experience I would choose but given the necessity, everything went very well and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout.

I was given plenty of advice of managing rhinitis, with the ultimate recommendation of surgery. I managed the symptoms with medications but ultimately took the advice of surgery.
