I found my overall experience from start to finish amazing. Mr Bhagawati was very accomodating ans welcoming, he walked through with me the issues i was experiencing and quickly and effeciently provoded a diagnosis explaining in laymans terms tge suspected issues. He scheduled me an MRI which confirmed his suspesions and layed out my options. I chose to have the two injections for nerve block and epidural and the procedure went extremley well. The procedure and staff looking after me well great. A few days after the procedure i felt great qnd got back to normal qctivites with no pain, and 1 month later i am well with no probkems. Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.
