The practice is exceptionally well organised, and you always feel valued as a patient. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his thinking throughout each appointment, bringing you along the journey from identifying the root cause of the problem to finding the best way to address it. I really appreciated his expertise and adaptability as he was able to suggest variations of exercises based on the equipment I had available, making sure the plan was realistic and tailored to me rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Saint Josephs Hospital Is a very clean smart and efficient place for your medical treatment. My overall experience was very positive The staff were welcoming and friendly. Most importantly the treatment I received was first class. The only improvement that would be useful for patients Is a fuller explanation Of post surgery Information And expectations. Nursing staff and surgical staff are used to Seeing hundreds of the same procedures Week in, week out; however it's a very individual experience for the patient. I didn't have a bad experience In this regard, it would just have been even better if fuller and more accurate expectations and information was given.

I visited Mr Ratnarajan at Ingledale therapy centre, for an eye health check. As always, I was given very curteous service from a kind receptionist before my eye health check was carried out. First the eye checks followed by a consultation with Mr Gok Ratnarajan, and I'm very glad to say that all is well with my sight. I would be very happy and confident to recommend the U Clinic to anyone asking for recommendations for good reliable eye health help.
