During my recent experience at Cleveland Clinic London, I was under the care of Professor James Teo and Dr. Dipesh Patel for my diagnosis of myelitis. I’d like to share a review of the care, diagnosis, and treatment I received during my short inpatient stay and subsequent outpatient follow-up. Diagnosis: The professionalism and expertise of both Professor Teo and Dr. Patel were evident. They took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, listen attentively to my symptoms, and conduct a series of comprehensive tests. The diagnostic process was meticulous, involving advanced imaging and laboratory analyses, all explained clearly, which left me feeling confident about my care. I was admitted as an inpatient for a couple of days, and my stay was exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The modern hospital environment and top-notch facilities contributed to a positive experience. The nursing staff was attentive and highly trained, providing outstanding care around the clock. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable during my brief stay. Daily visits from Professor Teo and Dr. Patel allowed me to discuss my progress and any concerns I had, reinforcing my sense of being valued and cared for. Following my inpatient stay I transitioned smoothly into outpatient care. My follow-up appointments have been invaluable, with thorough evaluations of my ongoing recovery. The clinic’s proactive communication, including test results, appointment reminders and prompt responses to my queries, has greatly supported my journey. They also provided me with educational resources to help manage my condition effectively. In conclusion, my experience at Cleveland Clinic London, particularly under the care of Professor Teo and Dr. Patel, has been exemplary. Their dedication to providing personalized and compassionate care, paired with their expertise, has made a significant difference in my ongoing recovery journey. ENT Surgeon Mr Natesh is absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly I cannot put into words how incredible he is at his job. He is a superb ent surgeon who has extensive knowledge in his area of ears nose and throat neck head etc. I am so glad I came across Mr Natesh he is the best no1 ent surgeon. From consultations to pre op to post op he answered all my questions and listened and was kind and patient throughout even when I asked a million questions as im an anxious person. I had fess endoscopic Sinus surgery and chose Mr Natesh because as soon as I had my consultation with him I trusted his expertise and knowledge and got a good feeling about him. I self funded and it was worth it to ensure I got Mr Natesh. I had my follow up and even before my op and after he still contacted me to answer questions that I continously had. He had no judgement and was understanding he whole time. Even when I was scared to do the sinus rinses he reassured me throughout. He explained things clearly so I understood any results and biopsy I got and he never rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered everything I asked. Im so glad I chose to have surgery with Mr Natesh he made me feel reassured and confident. 5*+++ I highly recommend Mr Natesh and hes the only ENT surgeon I will visit if I ever need to again. Professional friendly understanding and kind you are in good hands.

This was my first colonoscopy procedure so I didn’t know what to expect and was quite anxious. Looking at the patient reviews on this site beforehand really helped me so I wanted to add my own comments here as well. The 2 day preparation for my late afternoon procedure (fasting and drinking the cleansing medication) was actually the worst part, however I followed the instructions and kept myself very hydrated throughout, that along with a couple of boiled sweets in the last couple of hours to stop the hunger pangs really helped. The clinic staff were all really friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived and talked me through the process throughout so I knew what to expect. I had sedation for the procedure itself which was completely painless, and I got the results quickly. At all times my wellbeing was prioritised by the staff, with 1 to 1 nursing and a very welcome drink and biscuit afterwards. Special thanks from me to Roberta and Dr Khan, and my aftercare nurse whose name I forgot (sorry!)

I recently had a hysterectomy with Mr Wassim Hassan, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the process, thoroughly explained everything in detail, and was incredibly patient—when I didn’t quite grasp the medical terminology, he rephrased it in simple, everyday language that I could easily understand. His skill and care during the procedure were outstanding, and my recovery has been straightforward. I also want to recognise his assistant Marie—she was superb! Always responsive, helpful, and reassuring, which made coordinating appointments and dealing with any questions so much less stressful. The combination of Mr Hassan’s expertise and Marie’s fantastic support made what could have been a daunting time feel manageable and even positive. Thank you both so much—I couldn’t recommend Mr Hassan and his team highly enough.

Arrived fifteen minutes before the agreed appointment time as requested. Waited a further 20 minutes before being taken into the pre Investigation booth. Advised to remove certain clothing and jewellery which I did. Ifudbt catch what the nurse ? Assistant quite says as she spoke so quickly. A reversed to this a that. I waited in the booty a further 10 -15 minutes. I opened the door. No one around. I went back into reception as I didn’t know where I should be. Wondering whether I should have returned to the reception. An assistant checked my details. Then a further assistant arrived and took me back to the booth. Scan itself. Could not understand the therapist heard part but again so quick. But held in there. Need more clarity clearer instructions. Speak slowly.

Mr Floyd is a consumate professional. From the moment he walks in with his old fashioned leather briefcase, yoh know you are safe in the hands of a surgeon who sees you as an individual, with hopes and needs that are intensely personal. He really LISTENS, and HEARS....then he goes on to show his true artistry by producing a result that is better even than your wildest dreams!! From my mother to my daughters, my husband to my best friend, and especially to me, my new boobs are completely perfect! This is my second time around (the last was 17 years ago) and the chap who did the first op was good, but Mr Floyd is in a different league. Yoh can absolutely trust that he will do the best by you, don't hesitate, plastic surgeons dont get better than this!

After failed trips to A&E (where I was repeatedly told by consultants that people don’t have issues after a cholecystectomy) I was recommended to speak with Dr Menon. He was extremely knowledgeable about my Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction condition, explained what was happening and a clear and concise course of treatment and investigation. Dr Hari and the team are truly amazing and we couldn’t imagine our journey without them at every step of the way. Their level of service is unparalleled, cancer throws you curve balls constantly and at random times and we’ve been desperate for expert advice and I always get a reply promptly and even out of hours. We wanted to add in re purposed meds to our chemo regime with someone guiding us for safety and not following random internet protocols. Highly recommending Dr Hari and Lucio Health doesn’t even get near to the feelings I have for this team. Simply outstanding.

my physio therapist was most helpful. I have been seeing him about once every 2 months. He always asks about my progress from the last visit and we then work on the areas that I pick out. This time he showed me various exercises relevant to my current situation. I did the exercises with his supervisio0n and I found that most valuable as he could show me what I got ok and how I could do the exercise better
