My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial contact was with Tracey Lomax (Manager), and from the very beginning she offered a level of care and attention that truly stood out. I had written a long list of questions—around eight—and she took the time to highlight and respond to every single one. When I later sent even more questions regarding my chosen procedure (a Coronary CT Angiogram), she continued to provide thorough, reassuring answers. My intention was simply to undergo a non-invasive heart assessment at the age of 53—much like purchasing travel insurance, you prepare for the worst but hope for the best. Tracey reassured me that this was absolutely the right place for such an assessment. I had already enquired with two other providers, including Alliance Medical, but their responses felt robotic and impersonal. The level of genuine care here made all the difference. I also want to highlight the professionalism of the radiologist, who carried out the scan with great precision and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. In addition, the nurse who took my blood samples three days prior to the scan was equally kind and professional—and the fact that these pre-scan blood tests were fully included in the cost was a significant and appreciated gesture. Dr. Gavin Lewis was the consultant who saw me both before and after the scan, with the consultation arranged on the same day. His explanation of the results was clear, calm, and reassuring. Both my wife and I left feeling confident about the future and grateful for the guidance he provided—including helpful advice on maintaining a healthy heart and speaking with my GP about medication adjustments. The final report arrived at my home within seven days, and a copy was also sent directly to my GP. My medication was promptly reviewed, updated, and delivered straight to my home. I am taking the time to write such a detailed review because they genuinely deserve it. They put real effort into caring for me, and I want to acknowledge that level of dedication. I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. On the outside I look like anyone else, living a seemingly ordinary life, but reaching out for support has been one of the most life-changing decisions I have ever made.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. I’ve been muddling along for years without this clarity. I’m honestly amazed. At my age you don’t expect to be surprised by much anymore, but this really did it. I feel the signs to tell you where to go could be clearer my mobility is not good had quite a long walk to get inside the building. My ultrasound scan was carried out with such speed I felt it was rushed, I had to ask for white paper roll to protect my clothes from being wet from the gel ,while the scan was being carried out the nurse sat behind the consultant on his chair ! I feel she should have been at the bottom of the couch standing at my feet reassuring me & asking if I was comfortable.kingsbridge give “an excellent 1st class experience re procedures” I’m afraid in my appointment this was not the case , over the years i have had many experiences with ultrasound and this was the worst , i could not have been on the couch anymore than 4 or 5 minutes very disappointing.

Dr Hurel has taken the time to not only go through my current case with him, which has been ongoing for a few years, but he has helped and offered to refer to specialist with regard to another (related) issue. While it is not his specialty, he has gone above and beyond to try and help me with a personal medical matter. In addition he has worked with me virtually as I have moved to another city, unable to get into London, and allowed me to use a different provider for bloodwork. It's bedside manner like this which keeps me going back to him as a private medical provider. He's clearly at the top of his field in knowledge and experience, but his personal touch to how he treats is patients is what makes him a fabulous doctor.

The clinicians have been excellent, the admin absolutely terrible. It’s impossible to talk to someone over the phone and emails are replied to with at least a week to 10 days wait. When I had any issues I just couldn’t get the issues dealt with. For example, I couldnt find my email link for my online assessment and I emailed to ask for a new link 5 days before the assessment, and they replied after the assessemt date. For people who have adhd this is so desperately unhelpful. Despite the clinicians being excellent, I could never recommend RNT because of how awful I have found the admin side of the experience. Still now if I had an issue I know I wouldn’t be able to contact anyone.

Tucked away, the clinic had a bright and airy interior. A warm welcome greeted me at the door and I was swiftly directed to reception. Unlike some medical waiting areas it felt comfortable and homely. I noted they had security was at the entrance, which was reassuring. A cheerful receptionist checked me in efficiently. The waiting area was pleasant, offering a variety of hot drinks including still and sparkling water, biscuits and snacks. I asked for a taxi on leaving and the lady at reception explained they didn’t have a direct telephone number, but would get a colleague to wave one down for me. Very thoughtful.
