I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

Getting over the perceived stigma of wearing a hearing aid in my early 60's the use of high quality aids was a game changer. Nick has looked after me ever since (I need regular checks and "hoovering"). I have introduced him to many friends who have, likewise, realised that aids make a huge difference.

Initial consultation with Ms Moon to hopefully diagnose and later treat the pain in my left hand. She examined me, read an existing X-ray report and identified two possible causes. She wants an Ultrasound scan to help with diagnosis. She was very clear and professional at explaining the mechanics of my problem and hopefully will give a diagnosis and possible treatment at my follow-up consultation.

I was called in the morning & asked to come in earlier than my appointment had been booked. So I went earlier & was seen straight away with no waiting at all. The experience was good . A few days before the appointment it was recomended that i used a treatment to soften the wax and i did so but only in the ear which was causing me an issue. That removel was easy but the ear which i had not treated as it felt ok was a little unpleasant - simply because i did not prepare the ear as recommended .
