Every time I come for an outpatient appt, the specialist is an hour behind time.. the secretary/receptionist should have called ahead of time to expect delays but they don’t!! They leave it till the time of the appt to mention the hefty delay!! Last time I had to leave as I could not wait out an hr delay! So complete waste of my time & money grrr! Something that could easily be rectified with better communication from the clinic!! Including the fact when I had an outpatient procedure, I had a 2.45hrs delay as there was a delay due to an emergency in the morning.. again no contact from the clinic informing me of this delay.. had I been informed earlier before arriving at my appt which was scheduled at 1pm, I didn’t not have the procedure till 3.45!! Had there been communication from your clinic informing me of the delay I would have left home later and not have left the dogs alone for 8hrs due to the clinics inability to keep patients informed of delays!! Grrr! Every single time due to lack of communication I’m left frustrated and angry!

I have been absolutely delighted with Mr Kumar's professionalism & care throughout the entire journey, from initial consultation, through the operation, to final consultation & pathology review. Mr Kumar explained fully what the procedure would or could involve beforehand, ensured he had an up to date MRI scan immediately before the operation, came to see me and reassure me before the operation and very soon after the operation too, was happy for me to stay overnight due to the effects of anaesthesia and saw me again before I left in the morning. I also saw him the week after the operation prior to having a drain removed and a month after the operation for final review & pathology review. I would like to sincerely thank Mr Kumar for his treatment & care, removing a gallbladder which has bothered me for most of my life, and making what could have been a worrying time into quite an enjoyable experience! This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

Dr Jannoun has taken his time to understand my issues and also to examine me thoroughly, he took his time in our consultation to go through my worries and concerns but also ran several tests with me to understand my issues. He took on bored my worries and went about and beyond to accommodate. Dr Jannoun referred me for an MRI and I requested another MRI which he was happy to approve as I had concerns about my mid back. Dr Jannoun provided me with options based on my MRI and referred me to specialists and advised me on all the risks regarding procedures. I went for my procedure for an epidural and it is safe to say I was in safe hands. The Dr walked me through the process and was not as bad as I imagined. I am currently on my road to recovery but it is safe to say I wouldn’t have been here without Dr Jannoun.

Dr Laura Ismail never ceases to amaze me with each of our consultations. She has been the first doctor to look at me holistically and take each point I tell her about into account. She goes above and beyond, and still looks truly stunning doing it! She has helped me through so many new diagnoses and investigations, always supporting me and checking in. She is never too busy for a phone call or email. Her team are just as kind, empathetic and lovely as she is. The whole team make you feel understood, you can 100% be confident in the care you receive. This is what a doctor who does patient centred care should look up to, she is truly an inspiration to me, I hope to live up to her standard when I qualify. Truly the best medical care I have ever received and continue to receive.

I was seen at breast clinic as a precautionary investigation I was nervous but I was met with such friendly natural staff which instantlymmade me feel at ease i was checked by the Dr then sent for a mammogram and then aent for an Uktrasound scan I am pleased to report that everything was normal and no concerns I thanked the dr profusely when he told me that everything was normal and i spoke highly to him about my having all the results within the time i was there I cannot thank you enough and thank the NHS for sending me there as I would not have ever wanted to wait for breast cancer screening results so to have them on the same night was so reassuring Thank you a nmillion times S

I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

I recently had laser eye surgery with Dr Konstantopoulos and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first consultation, he was friendly, approachable, and very honest about the different treatment options, including what would and wouldn’t be suitable for me. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed at every stage. The procedure itself was quick and professionally handled, and the aftercare has been excellent. My vision is now significantly improved, and the whole experience was great. As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true. If you're suffering with OCD and feel like you're alone or you have nowhere else to turn to, I highly recommend the Nightingale's 28 day inpatient stay.

Miss Mittal Patel listened carefully and with empathy to my story and seemed to be an expert in the use of pessaries. She was entirely honest about my predicament and was the first doctor to explain that instead of a uterine prolapse I had a simpler blade prolapse. Now,at least a month later,I am much more confident that my problem has been solved until possible surgery next year, with the type of pessary she advised me to have fitted.
