In September 2025 Dr Mohsin Hussain carried out an emergency angioplasty on me and applied stents to my right carotid artery He explained clearly what was happening at each stage of the procedure which re-assured me In October 2035 I had a meeting with Dr Hussain to review the progress of my recovery and plan next steps. He showed me images the original blockage and another area in the LMCA We agreed to a further procedure with a pressure wire in November. Dr Hussein discussed details with me before the operation and during the procedure gave me the numbers so that I could decide whether a stent should be applied After the operation Dr Hussein discussed the procedure that had been carried out. He is a skilled doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He is very clear in his explanations to his patients which gives his patients confidence that the procedures being carried out are the right ones for them He also contacts patients after their discharge to ensure that they are progressing well He is very professional and approachable

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

I recently visited Fitzrovia Hospital and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, well organised, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the care of all staff, friendly, supportive and specifically the exceptional care provided by Kate. Kate was warm attentive, and incredibly professional throughout my visits. She took time to care for me and explain all things clearly, was patient and I felt hugely comfortable and supported. Her kindness and calm approach made a huge difference, and I genuinely felt in safe hands. A professional surgical process and experience with timely post op follow up with due care and attention by each and every staff member. Highly recommend.

Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. Customer service is first class. Everyone, from the admin teams and front of house, to the Drs and Hygienists. Had my third Hygienist appointment with Debbie last week, she is absolutely amazing, always feel better after seeing her (mentally and with a sparkling mouth 😂). Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.
