I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. From the initial face to face consultation through the conversation immediately prior to the operation then a reassuring word in recovery and finally a telephone consultation with the (positive) results of the pathology and oncology at 6 weeks post surgery I cannot fault Mr Abou-Chedid's care. His skill cannot be questioned and the excellent post-operative recovery is testament to this. I am sure that his technique of radial prostatectomy coupled with supra-pubic catheter greatly contributed to my recovery. It goes without saying that, given a choice, I would not have opted to have prostate cancer in the first place but for anyone in the unfortunate position of having a diagnosis of cancer I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Abou-Chedid.

My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well.

Dr Georgiou was extremely kind and generous with his time, despite this being a second-opinion consultation. My uncle was diagnosed with advanced, stage IV malignancy, and Dr Georgiou approached the case with seriousness and care, without being dismissive or overlooking treatment options. He supported the appropriate treatment plan, and after four cycles my uncle is doing remarkably well. His clear explanations and compassionate attitude gave our family reassurance and confidence at a very difficult time.

All the staff I came into contact with today were very kind. At each stage I had an explanation of what would happen next, and they checked in I was ok. Every colleague that spoke to me asked if I had any questions. There was only a few minutes between each stage and the clinic is really comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and professional and I had complete confidence at every stage that I would get accurate results. A big thank you to everyone today.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

Following my symptoms, he arranged for an injection to be given immediately to help relieve my pain, making the time to do this on the same day so I didn’t need to return on another occasion, and organising everything in a way that was convenient for me.
