I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

I travelled by car from the north west to the Kingsbridge Diagnostic Centre, tucked in behind the Kings Hall. Parking was difficult to find, and as the letter instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, I anxiously clambered out, leaving my husband to park the car while I located the building and the correct floor. The reception staff were mediocre at best, though I did manage to get checked in. Once called through, the procedure itself was completed and an outcome provided. However, the consultant was abrupt and condescending. While I appreciate that private healthcare is under pressure due to NHS waiting times, this is not the standard of service I would expect for something I am paying for. The assistant involved in the process appeared either tired or lacking job satisfaction in their role. Altogether, the atmosphere was dispiriting, and I could not wait to leave the building and be on my way.

Even my lymphatic masseuse was surprised by how minimal my scars are, you can barely see them, and I haven’t even needed to use anything special to improve them. I loved the day staff. Ikram and Sennecca treated me with such kindness and so much support. I unfortunately was discharged after a week as I have other issues that need addressing before I am able to continue the treatment. The night staff in my experience have not been very attentive to my distress. As nights are the hardest time for me this was quite a big issue for me. Dr Veale is great and really knows what he is talking about. The rooms feel like a hotel and the program is scary but excellent here. Food is another issue for me and the kitchen are very accommodating to needs but the general menu is very eclectic. Overall I would say this is a very good hospital and I've seen patients with real change here.

Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

Mr Yusuf removed my cataract in my right eye. I didn't know what to expect but Mr Yusuf clearly explained beforehand what would happen. He was very kind yet informative. When I went into the theatre he outlined why and how he would be putting on a protective sheet which would cover my face but just leave my eye accessible. Throughout the process Mr Yusuf clearly described what he was doing and what I might feel, however the removal/replacement was painless. I would also add that the team supporting him and his patients were also great. I'm now looking forward to having my left eye "done". Thank you Mr Yusuf.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I felt very well cared for and would highly recommend him.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

I had rynoplasty 2 years ago by prof Erol . I was initially happy with the nose results , later my nose grew and became like a beak nose . I had revision rynoplasty by Erol and now am very happy . The reason my nose grew was found to be cysts in my skin . This cysts were shaved in my operation and I had a very good result . I recommend prof Erol for rynoplasty surgery . He is really good doctor and great to talk to highly recommend.

Hi and thanks. All went well and I am very grateful. A couple of suggestions (in that context): 1. Needles aren’t fun! I would recommend more for pre-needle procedure. Also inside of mouth needles could do with some numbing. Overall and by comparison, this would be my recommendation for improvement. 2. Training if one assistant is ok but there was one session that wasn’t fun because of it re suction and forceps etc.
