Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

I had a truly fantastic experience at Reproclinic, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose this clinic for my egg preservation procedure. The facilities were exceptional—modern, purpose-built, and equipped with the latest technology for IVF and fertility treatments. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout, from the careful check-ups leading up to the procedure to the excellent results achieved. I always felt safe, informed, and in truly expert hands. Most of all, my medical coordinator, Manon, was like a fairy - an absolute diamond. I attended the hospital to have planned eye surgery consisting of cataract removal, lens replacement and full thickness corneal replacement under general anaesthetic. I arrived early and was allocated to a private ensuite room with secure storage. Nurses confirmed all the necessary checks that had been conducted the previois day in pre-assessment. A nurse applied gel to my hand to numb it ready for a cannula and provided surgical stockings. The anaesthetist visited to re-confirm details and provide reassurance. The surgeon visited to review procedure and risks. The nurse accompanied me to the anaesthesia room and looked after my clothes. After fitting the cannula painlessly, after the anaesthetic I knew nothing until awakening in recovery, with a pad over the affected eye. I was taken back to my room feeling fit and well. Nurses checked on me and provided the refreshments I had ordered. The surgeon visited again to confirm the follow up appointment. Medications were made ready, with post operative guidance. My chaperone arrived to take me home. The whole thing was completed on schedule.

I thoroughly recommend. I attended Dr McGrady's clinic to obtain a diagnosis and removal of a small bump on my nose which I thought might be a basal cell carcinoma.. Dr McGrady put me at ease by explaining that it wasn't a form of skin cancer but a sebaceous hyperplasia. He explained how he would remove it. He then thoroughly examined the rest of my face for any other skin issues He found 2 more sebaceous hyperplasia and removed all 3 by using cryotherapy. The procedure was quick,and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr McGrady and his team. I have attended his clinic before for a similar diagnosis and removal. He has so much knowledge and expertise, is a good communicator and made me feel at ease..

great as manged to get 2 appointments close together which meant huge help to me and made sense . was appreciated the only thing I would say is it would be a lot more helpful and save a lot more time and money if appointments were arranged with the patient rather than just sent out through text because a lot of the times they clash or aren’t convenient but I do really appreciate this time being able to move appointments that they were closer together rather than have one in the morning and one in the afternoon when you have to travel a very long way but the service was great. Everyone was friendly and nice and really appreciate all the help. I got it’s just the booking system that seems to be a real struggle.

She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

I have been suffering from stomach issues for more than a year. Plenty of tests but no answers. I was even told by some doctors it was all in my head. I went to Dr Siddiqi and he was great. He started from the beginning listening carefully to all my symptoms, writing down everything and reassuring me that it was not all in my head and we were going to get the bottom of it . He is the first doctor that has given me hope and I know it’s early days but I am looking forward to the future. Thank you Doctor you do not know how much you lifted my spirit today. After two years of extreme tendon pain in the left hip( following a couple of falls) and trying ultrasound steroid guided injections, six shock wave treatments, the pain is getting worse. Mr Stott identified/ diagnosed that I also have piriformis syndrome and recommended that I have one PRP injection. This I received yesterday, 3/12/25. I am hoping that this will reduce the pain and discomfort and enable me to fly to see my grandchildren in California before Christmas. I am on an NHS waiting list for possible surgery, if the pain and discomfort doesn't improve. Mr Stott will review my progress on 11/12/25

My treatment was to repair a very large inguinal hernia. This was the first surgery I have had and I was very nervous. At my pre-operative assessment, Mr Renwick talked me through the surgical options and put me completely at ease. We agree on a T2001 Robotic Repair. The procedure was carried out on October 21st and Mr Renwick and his staff were were exemplary. The surgery went well and six weeks later I have just has my post-operative consultation. I had a couple of questions about the impact of the surgery and resuming exercise. I could not be happier with the treatment I received.

Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.
