I had no problems with my visits and was very much put at ease., as I am a very anxious person. Everything is being dealt with in the shortest of time.

Staff are really professional and friendly. The procedures were explained in detail. Appointment timing were flexible and really quick with appointments.

The nurse had to go in search of a gynae tray which was strange when a gynae clinic was taking place on the first floor. Otherwise, I could not fault the care.

Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.

A very efficient establishment, run like a clock

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

I received excellent medical advice and care throughout. The hospital is very well run, the nursing staff excellent and the operation went very smoothly
