Very well arranged everything and everyone is very helpful
I recently attended for an assessment regarding episodes of dizziness and fainting. Overall, I found the service to be professional and reassuring. I would rate the service highly for professionalism, clarity of communication, and reassurance provided.
The procedure was explained clearly. A changing room was provided which all my belongings were locked in during the scan. My dignity and comfort was ensured throughout.
I didn't feel I was welcomed, the receptionist didn't smile or really speak as I arrived and I didn't really appreciate having to wait in a very hot corridor. When Dr Ginwalla asked the receptionist to arrange some tests for me, the receptionist was very helpful.

Dr Charis Costopoulos is a highly esteemed and experienced consultant cardiologist who specialises in both general and interventional cardiology. His main areas of expertise include the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease, chest pain, palpitations, breathlessness, heart failure, and valvular heart disease. He performs a variety of interventional procedures including coronary angioplasty (stent insertion), transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), MitraClip implantation and patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure amongst many others. Dr Rasha Al-Lamee is an Interventional Cardiology Consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and a clinical academic at Imperial College London. She has expertise in general and interventional cardiology. She is a clinical trialist and her research interests are in coronary intervention, coronary physiology and invasive intravascular assessment. Dr Al-Lamee performs coronary angiography, complex coronary angioplasty and pacemaker implantation at the Hammersmith Hospital.
