I found my visit to one heart clinic a positive one. The receptionist was friendly and the clinic was kept to a high standard. I didn’t have to wait long to see my consultant.

I can't say enough positive about Dr. Sen and the One Heart Clinic overall. Dr. Sen treated me with care and compassion from my first appointment, insisted on necessary tests that the NHS did not, and quickly discovered blockages and scheduled my angioplasty. His management of the operating theater during my procedure was equally impressive. While performing the surgery, he never lost sight of the human being on his table, ensuring I was comfortable and prepared for each step of the process helping to ease my worries. The clinic itself was great, but I'd like to emphasize their commitment to covid-19 protocols from the onset of he pandemic. During a follow-up visit this spring, the One Heart Clinic provided and required masks, offered gloves, and had ample hand sanitizer while at the same time maintaining limited numbers in their lobby.

Dr Sen was exceptional from diagnosis to aftercare. Caring, pleasant and reassuring. He came to hospital on his day off to check on me. Finding my condition had worsened and instigated an emergency bypass that day. I’m so fortunate to have met Dr Sen.

Fast, professional and efficient service, all the required tests were done in one session and at short notice. It alleviated the concerns I had and was very reassuring. I would highly recommend.
