Wait time could improve

The Midewife team is caring, friendly and professional. On 19 April, I went in for a fasting glucose test in the morning. Upon completion, both my husband and me were offered hot drinks and banana. Since this is my first pregnancy and third trimester, I am easily worried and I was a bit concern about the test. The midwife team has been patient, sensitive and caring throughout which made me feel relaxed and assurred.

Experience was good

I only had outpatients at Bushey Spire as the operation was at St Johns and St Elizabeth Hospital

Appointment was via teams.

Brilliant staff super helpful. Car parking really good as well.

Professional, clean, fit for purpose.

A bit far for me to travel to but very impressed with the service and venue.
