I was greeted at a reception desk by a nurse in a mask (but I could tell she was smiling). She took my details & then asked me to wait for the nurses who were going to take some information before seeing the doctor. I had barely sat down when another nurse called me into a room to take some details. The atmosphere was very pleasant & relaxing throughout and before I knew it I was heading upstairs to wait for the doctor. I was actually early for my appointment with the doctor but, again, he was right on time and we started working through the reasons I was there. He was incredibly reassuring and I'm very happy with the course of action he has chosen for me. I felt well-informed &well-advised.
