Friendly and professional staff

My follow up was a telephone call which came at exactly the appointed time, and lasted about 27 mins which I had been prepared for. The doctor was very thorough and very clear and also very supportive and positive. I found the whole experience very encouraging.

I had a telephone conversation-very useful and enlightening as usual.

We came to see Dr Amin we were assured we could have a blood test on site if needed. However on the day this was not available We found the doctor to be condescending and patronising We had to chase for both the clinic letter and test results He didn't take a proper history and made assumptions Very poor service Much better service on the NHS

We were seen too very quickly and the doctor and nurses were extremely kind, helpful and made you feel at ease.

Totally professional & effective all round.

The only thing i would query is the policy whereby you expect payment virtually the second after one’s consultation. I see many private consultants and the usual practice is much more relaxed, with an invoice being presented up to a month later. Whether i pay today or in a months time is irrelevant to me; i just find your process rather desperately frenetic and vaguely insulting, with a chaser email being sent after about four days!!
