Ms Leah has been a great help from day 1. She explained the procedure in great detail and guided us on my son's treament step by step. Following our visit, she was always available for any queries we had and gave us regular follow-ups to ensure that everything was going as best as possible. We are very grateful to have such a caring nurse who is very passionate about her work and about supporting her patients.

Ms Leah gave us a warm welcome from the first visit, was able to understand us and address our concerns and difficulties, and kept following us to ensure that we're doing well, always with a smile!

Very competent and good at in depth explanation. Also very patient with all questions/concerns. Always happy to dedicate time and gives me a lot of her determination to work things out about my blood sugar levels/any problems with my control. Very warm and polite manner.
