She supported me with both a structured plan and regular check ins to make necessary adjustments to improve the overall management of my diabetes. Leah is very insightful and empathetic, happy to explain things and describe any necessary processes and provides feedback even out of normal work hours when needed. The fact she is a type 1 diabetic herself is also quite refreshing as a patient, as she knows what it is actually like to have the condition, as opposed to just giving advice from a educational perspective.

Leah is friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. She defuses a challenging situation and removes stress from the equation.
