Dr Gursel was a caring person but communication after the surgery seemed poor. I had asked if I could go into rehab, preferably to Mt Wilga but was told constantly to have rehab in the home. I did not want this for a variety of reasons so, begrudgingly, I was allowed to stay in the SAN rehab for about a week(one day at a time), which I found very stressful. Dr Lam eventually found me a place as a day patient at Mt Wilga. This worked out well and when I completed rehab at Mt Wilga, I was happy to lead my indecent life and move around freely. This was not the experience I was hoping for with Dr Gursel.

I visited Molly Clark at the Osteo Centre for a persistent foot problem that was making walking painful. What I loved most was Molly's holistic approach; she didn't just treat my foot but looked at my entire alignment to find the root cause. After a few sessions of gentle joint mobilisation and soft tissue work, my foot feels significantly better, and my overall body tension has decreased. She also gave me great advice on footwear and some easy home exercises. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thorough, professional care!

I have always found tge staff i have had dealings with extremely helpful & caring both before & after surgery. Proff Hensman it brilliant & i am sorry to see him go but he deserves family time after all the time & help he has given to all of his clients. Cassandra the dietitian is so enthusiastic & really helps me stay on track but enjoy food & the experiences with food & reception is always really friendly & helpful & a pleasure to chat to & organise appointments with. I was incredibly impressed with my medical care at the San. From the Prehab meetings, surgery, care on the ward, day rehab visits I felt like I had a team wrapped around my recovery. Everyone worked in sync - this gave me a high sense of confidence in my recovery and my ongoing progress. It was obvious that the physios, Drs, dietitians, OT’s, exercise physiologists and nurses were all working with confidence with Dr Gursel to ensure a positive outcome. Was impressed with the efficiency of the place, and the knowledge and approachability of the Doctor. He re-assured me during a difficult diagnosis of AF and offered to manage the correspondence with my GP. He even gave me another ECG test when he noticed, by feeling my pulse, that my heart seemed to have reset spontaneously. The ECG did indeed confirm it! My cardiologist was Dr Bernard Thomas who does not appear in your list.

Very good communication about the procedure required and a good experience during the procedure. I believe there could be more explicit instructions provided on post care requirements (eg more specifics on how long to keep dressings on, how long wounds must stay dry for). Having said that, I believe Dr Hiscutt is an excellent dermatologist and recommend her highly to colleagues and friends.

Dr Yiallourides made my daughter, Ella, feel very comfortable enough to answer questions right from the get-go (which she was adamant she wasn’t going to answer any questions before the call started). I thought the food was great, nurses were friendly and attentive. However the communication in handover was poor as I had my stay extended and was forgotten about. So no food, no pain meds, no observations, drip ran out. Luckily I twigged on and thought mmm it’s nearly 8pm and I haven’t seen anyone since lunchtime. Apart from that it was very good.

We had such a lovely experience at Paedicare. The admin staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, and the doctors were incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. The rooms are clean, and the waiting area was beautifully decorated for Easter, creating such a calm environment for little ones. Highly recommend!

Dr English and his nurse Kath were very kind, had good listening skills with an older person. He referred me to St Vincent’s rehab at Kangaroo Point after knee surgery which was great as I live alone. I have made an excellent recovery after the knee surgery and I thank Dr English most sincerely for his care and skill.

A beautiful old historic building but the rooms were neat and clean and not cluttered with posters, brochures or prints etc. I should've asked for the TV to be turned down in volume, those home shopping shows I really detest. Staff were lovely.
