Dr Joshi was punctual, friendly and understanding. She spoke with my child as well as myself and made sure we both understood and answered our questions without any hesitations. She has made the process as streamlined and efficient as possible. Reports are sent usually the same day and she makes you feel comfortable.
Great experience with Dr Dunn. Easy to talk to and discuss any concerns.
The staff at Kidzz Practice are always courteous, helpful and kind. The practice is always welcoming, calm and clean
Clinic was nice and clean. Very quiet and calm space for children who don’t like crowds or loud noises. As a first time parent visiting, it was tricky to find inside the building. Could have been me not reading instructions properly. We figured it out and everyone was lovely.
The staff on the phone (Belinda) had an attitude when I called to ask her about Medicare if I need to make the claim back or if they did it from their end.

Everything went well. Very friendly and professional, but my son was disappointed with blunt pencils in the waiting room because he couldn't use the colours he wanted.
