Everything went well. Very friendly and professional, but my son was disappointed with blunt pencils in the waiting room because he couldn't use the colours he wanted.

Dr Youseff was fabulous with my little one who is quite anxious about medical appointment, he made him feel comfortable and safe. We had a great experience
We met up with Dr Jain who was lovely and treated us with respect. I was disappointed to see upon my arrival that the father was already in Dr Jains room talking to her. And after our appointment she also saw him privately. Although it’s not meant to be biased appointment and should focus on our child, I did feel biased against as a mum who had to ask the secretary what was going on. Also as separated parents we paid 50:50 for the consult, but when it came to Medicare refund the secretary took the fathers card even though I was the one who made all the appointments and I’m the child’s primary carer. The father did not refund my full 50% share of the Medicare rebate. I feel disheartened and crushed.
