Clean and tidy ,friendly staff,good service

Again, I could not ask for better help, the staff and accommodation excellent

My GP suggested an appointment with Caroline South for my child’s anaemia and fussy eating. I was able to quickly secure an appointment. Caroline was friendly and thorough and provided excellent advice. With the iron supplement and other tips suggested by Caroline, my child is thriving and his fussy eating has improved beyond what I thought was possible.

Overall, my experience with this practice has been good. The staff are friendly and the practice is professionally run. Wait times are less than ideal - I now only have Zoom consultations so I can at least work while I wait. There seems to be an aversion to technology - e.g. scripts are posted, pathology forms are scanned and emailed.

We were the only ones waiting while Jennifer had another client but we didn’t have to wait long and it was quite environment
