We'e always had a positive experience with our Doctor
Service and doctor is fine but her fees are excessive.
Our experience went as expected. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and attentive.
We had an appointment with Dr Itay Zelcer and he was amazing, The reception staff are so friendly and understanding and helpful when we were trying to find parking. There is free parking just behind with just a small walk.
Staff have been amazing and accommodating. Very neurodiverse friendly.
I have had many experiences when the staff promised to contact the practitioner and then have not which is frustrating. This hard not happened once but I would say many times in the last few years that when I leave a message I have no faith that the message will go to the practitioner. They also promise to call and then never do and you end up with an appointment time that doesn’t meet your needs. I have no issues with Jacinta she is fantastic
Easy and pleasant, staff were helpful, clinic was clean, calm and inviting
Our appointments are always late, by 20 mins + This makes planning other commitments [childcare, work] very hard. The reception staff are polite and approachable, but they are so slow and rarely know how to complete a transaction without seeking assistance. Given the wait time and the fees we pay for appointments, the reception / booking / paying experience needs to improve. Dr Dhir is wonderful!
