My GP suggested an appointment with Caroline South for my child’s anaemia and fussy eating. I was able to quickly secure an appointment. Caroline was friendly and thorough and provided excellent advice. With the iron supplement and other tips suggested by Caroline, my child is thriving and his fussy eating has improved beyond what I thought was possible.

Extremely poor service when I ring, always put on hols for lengthy time or my call is sent to a call centre, this is poor and different to other clinics I deal with. I would say it is unsatisfactory.

I found the reception staff to be friendly and welcoming, and very efficient and quick when settling payment. Waiting room was calm and quiet, not that we were waiting for long before our appointments. Our paediatrician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything to myself and my daughter.

My rating would have been much higher (our personal interaction with Kayte was excellent) but I am still waiting for some follow up documentation and have called to follow up with still no action. It's a shame as it is souring our experience which up until now has been wonderful!

1. Amanda is often late. 2. A more hygienic option for seating is something that can be wiped down 3. Getting emails about ensuring I have a valid referral are not especially helpful. It would be better for parents to have an email reminding them when the referral is close to expiring.

Reception staff are disorganised and do not have knowledge of requirements for Medicare claims which resulted in increased charges. At times they are slow to answer phone and emails.

I had ongoing issues with my local hospital for 3 months with my then 3 month old and I reached out to Offspring Health. I was seen to immediately due to him failing to thrive and having extreme weight gain issues. I have received nothing but amazing ongoing support. My now 7 month old is now thriving and a healthy bubba. We still have follow up appointments coming and planning his future eating plans but without the support and amazing guidance we wouldn’t be where we are today.
