We had an appointment with Dr Itay Zelcer and he was amazing, The reception staff are so friendly and understanding and helpful when we were trying to find parking. There is free parking just behind with just a small walk.
Staff have been amazing and accommodating. Very neurodiverse friendly.

Easy and pleasant, staff were helpful, clinic was clean, calm and inviting
Our appointments are always late, by 20 mins + This makes planning other commitments [childcare, work] very hard. The reception staff are polite and approachable, but they are so slow and rarely know how to complete a transaction without seeking assistance. Given the wait time and the fees we pay for appointments, the reception / booking / paying experience needs to improve. Dr Dhir is wonderful!
Annoyed that I wasn’t notified about needing a new referral for my son, I provided one but it didn’t match the dates for me to get the rebate, communication is non existent, now I’m out of pocket $300+ and it could have easily been avoided
