Dr Michaela Murray

Dr Michaela Murray is a Developmental and General Paediatrician with experience in the assessment and management of a broad range of paediatric conditions affecting infants, children and adolescents. She completed her paediatric training at The Royal Children's Hospital and The Mercy Hospital in Melbourne.

During her specialist training, Dr Murray developed expertise in developmental and behavioural paediatrics while maintaining experience across both acute hospital and outpatient settings. Her clinical practice encompasses the care of children of all ages, including newborns and infants.

Dr Murray's areas of clinical interest include developmental delay, speech and language delay, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), growth concerns, failure to thrive and behavioural difficulties. She also assesses and manages common paediatric conditions such as constipation, encopresis, enuresis, anxiety, eczema, asthma and urinary tract infections.

In addition, she has a particular interest in paediatric sleep health, including infant sleep and feeding difficulties, as well as nutrition, healthy growth and the management of overweight and obesity in childhood.

Dr Murray completed a Master of Public Health at Monash University in 2016, complementing her clinical expertise with additional knowledge in population health and preventative healthcare. Her practice focuses on comprehensive paediatric assessment, early identification of developmental and behavioural concerns, and evidence-based management strategies to support the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
