I found everything to do with my visits and full check up at Heart West to be very well organised, very polite and efficient staff and most importantly the doctor I was seeing was very informative, had plenty of time to explain details to me, and had my well being at heart (excuse the pun).

Staff are very friendly and supportive. Language was clear and easy to understand. Cardiologist was very supportive and understanding. Consult was clear and precise. Thank you all for your caring and kind interaction.

Ring one phone number for all heartiest is totally unacceptable. Messages and emails are not answered. Each Heartwest office should have their own phone and emails.

A clinic that enjoys respect, high performance, good treatment, smiling faces, and no delays. They truly deserve all respect and appreciation.
